I bought this Telescoping Wand from Globalindustry.ca last year and just used it once clean my gutter. This year when I tried to clean my gutter again, the number 7 part SS HOSE ADAPTOR FITTING broken. I took the part to a local mechanic dealer. The dealer told me that it is a design fault because the part #7 only tight-fitting, it should be screw in. Now the BE manufacture has changed the part #7 design. I contacted the Globalindustrial customer service to provide warranty, but they refused and said only three-month warranty. This is unfair. It is your manufacture design fault, and now you has changed design. So you should recall your design fault.
