We booked at Coppice Wood farm in the…

We booked at Coppice Wood farm in the adult section. We were then sat in family section which wasn’t good. The food at Coppice Wood Farm was disgusting, the food was cold and the plates were warm. 2 of my party had mixed grill and I had the rump steak. The steak was like shoe leather we wasn’t able to cut it with steak knives. The service was terrible the plates left on the table from our starter. It took us 20mins to get drinks. The server did not come back to do a check to-see if food was ok in which time I would have said no the food was cold. We did go here a few times, and it has always been fine. The staff need to be trained more and they need more staff. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future

Exemplary customer service by Ian, at The Carrick, Irvine, Ayrshire.

We went to The Carrick, in Irvine, Ayrshire today for lunch. We were served by the most amazing member of staff, Ian. He is customer service personified, an absolute exemplary individual, personable and kind, a credit to his employer. Will definitely be returning customers.

The Anchor Beer Devon

The Anchor Beer Devon. We stayed 3 nights.A lovely sea view room with a comfortable large bed. Tastefully decorated but if you were a large person the shower was quite restricting. We ate in every night and the food was good quality pub food; the service was good and friendly, breakfast choices also good.

I tried to leave a really good review for Mat at the Golden Hind, but found it nearly impossible because of the poor Greene King website. This is a really good pub, but it is very difficult to tell people about it. Mat has been a fantastic host and has great customer service skills.

The worse experience I have ever had

The worse experience I have ever had. The company tries to trick others into thinking its a very helpful and positive business when it offer little to no staff benefit that are useful. The food often times you hear complaints not only from staff but also customers. In addition to the fact it offers the bare minimum wages for all the work they expect you to be handling.

Extremly dissapointed that when asking if a pudding if it has been made with gelatine I am told green king does not take responsibility to tell you there ingrediants and that it has to be looked up on line... what king of unhelpfulness is this? Its ridiculous on many levels. Some people are dyslexic or haven't brought/own a mobile phone/computer etc or genrally as ordering a take away don't expect to have to read through literature. A simple yes or no!

Went to riverside farm in York Greene king

Went to riverside farm in York , arrived at 6pm due to travelling from derbyshire , was told only carvery was being served , we was starving so said ok , we paid in total £29 for 2 adults and one child , we hadn’t seen the carvery at this point cos if we had we would have walked straight back out , food was dried up and stuck to sides , dirty knives being used to carve meat , no warning of mustard being In cauliflower cheese and I am allergic but maybe I should have checked but I never imagined mustard to be in there , poor selection of food , no roast potatoes, tried to speak to customer relations and I was blamed regarding not checking the allergens and no offer to reimburse us after we sent photo evidence at the poor state of the food ,we couldn’t eat it and had to find somewhere else , staff were rude and abrupt, carvery or nothing !!!
