I came to the hair growth centre on the 18th December 2024. I was very anxious for the procedure as it’s something I have been debating for eight years of my life. Dr Vishal Nayak was very helpful he explained the procedure from start to finish in a professional and calming manor which relieved a lot of anxiety almost immediately, he recommended the hairline he felt appropriate and I was very confident of his expertise and clear knowledge. The nurses gave me so much reassurance throughout they were very friendly, they spoke me through every part of the process step by step referring to points Dr Vishal had made during consultation and engaged in general chat which made the process a lot less daunting and a long day seem so much quicker. I highly recommend the clinic it was a really lovely experience I can’t believe how calm I felt minutes after walking into the clinic when it was something I felt so nervous for. They are a lovely staff team and I can’t wait to see my results. What was also lovely to see as a nurse my self how much the staff enjoyed their job, two of which referred to enjoying seeing results and the confidence it gives patients.
They are very good at communicating from the moment i made contact, during the procedure to the after care.Staff are very friendly and helpful.I felt safe they reassured me throughout and also called to check ow i was doing on day 11
Wow what can I say about hair growth centre in Romford Essex with Dr nayak and the team, I felt so at ease and that I was in the best hands possible.From the minute I walked into the surgery everyone was so friendly and professional and my hair transplant was their main priority.Aftercare was amazing too, they asked for some pictures on my journey to see how I was getting on and if I had any questions do not hesitate to get in touch.I've got my confidence back and am one very happy customer.Massive shoutout to Dr nayak and the team, was a great experience and can't recommend then enough.Thankyou so much.Kind regards.Michael Waddilove
I attended HGC, 44 Chippenham Road, Maida Vale London Wednesday 20 November 2024 for my Hair Transplant. My first impressions of the clinic were that it seemed to be very well organised, ran very efficiently and impeccablely clean. I was under Dr Rafiq for my hair transplant. Dr Rafiq is a personable chap and is an absolute expert on hair care and hair transplantation (this guy knows his stuff!). Apart from working at the clinic he is a part time GP, but the hair clinic is his passion. I was placed with two technicians (Lipsy and Sai), very nice chaps and absolutely focused on giving me the benefit of their vast experience in removing grafts and replacing them were needed following g Dr Rafiqs incisions. They were willing to answer any question that was asked of them in a helpful and friendly manner. Anyone who is thinking of getting their hair improved then this is the place to go. Thank you again for a most pleasant and pain free experience whilst getting my transplant completed.
