Dr Nayak, the surgeons and all of the staff were all brilliant, from my first consultation, leading up to the day of my procedure, and from the moment I walked in to the time I left, they all made me feel very comfortable and were very reassuring.I definitely recommend them to anybody looking to have a similar procedure.
Anyone starting their journey into having a hair transplant I can fully recommend Dr.Vishal Nayak and his team at the HGC Romford Branch.The whole process was explained followed by a consultation with Dr.Vishal Nayak.I had further questions after the consultation that Dr.Nayak was more than happy to get back in touch a few days later .Once I was booked in on 2nd October I received a link to the whole process and support videos of what would happen which were very helpful in getting ready for the appointment .On arrival the support I received for the whole day was excellent and could not ask for anything more from Dr. Vishal Nayak and his team,also the technicians who looked after me for the day were fantastic,Thankyou,great workOverall I would highly recommend Dr Nayak and his team,the service and support received was definitely 5 star.Thanks again for everything
My husband went for a hair transplant and paid the deposit £1250. Attended and couldn’t have the procedure because of high blood pressure he was unaware of. Went away for 6 months and got it under control with medication and attended again. This time they took the further £1000 payment prior to checking his blood pressure. Blood pressure went to high again and they have since refused to refund the £2250. It has cost my husband £300 each time to attend with trains and hotels and going up again for a third time when his blood pressure won’t settle is pointless and expensive. Numerous emails back and fore and the clinic are not interested and don’t care about taking money. After months. They offered £200 which is obviously not acceptable
It's been 6 months since my transplant. I'm a 56 year old man. I am delighted with the results and I didn't think I lacked confidence in anyway, relationships or business, however, I feel amazing like a new lease of life! I only had the front done and I'm going to return later this year for the crown. Great experience and service by the team. I've recommended my friends one of which is already booked in.
Highly professional and the service was great. They truly explained the process throughly. The nurses were extremely friendly and new exactly what they were doing. Dr was very kind and totally understood what I needed he actually went over and beyond in making sure all areas on my scalp were covered. I feel positively about the results. Highly recommend.
