The whole team were fantastic and the process was so smoothe from consultation to the actual procedure, everything was explained clearly from beginning to end and any questions (i had loads) were answered putting my mind at rest! Very satisfied I booked in for my hair transplant at the Manchester clinic with Dr Munir following a recommendation from a friend . My decision was also based on seeing the successful results from his hair transplant. I attended the clinic last week and was welcomed by Dr Munir and his team . I have very good experience with HGC. I have gotten few sessions of IPRF for my hair loss. Since i am taking it the results are very much impressive. I am in middle of my sessions and few more left. It work for me. Previous i have issues with Alopecia in my beard. I tried every remedy but it didn’t work. I went to HGC for the treatment . Had done consultation with the Doctor and got a full treatment. It took some time. But got it treated. Also i want to say that staff is very much professional in their work.

I had an amazing experience in the Romford branch, with Dr Vishal Nayak and his team, they were a group of really nice people who made me feel at ease throughout the day, kept making sure I was ok, had everything I needed and made sure I knew exactly what was happening at all times. The surgery itself went well without any problems no with no pain at all, the only thing that hurt was the anaesthetic injection so be prepared for that but everything else was good. they provided me with lunch and just the small things like letting me know if the planned finish time was going to be sooner so I could let the people picking me up know. I couldn’t have asked for a more lovely group of people to look after me for the day. Dr nayak answered all my question and made me feel at ease with all my concerns.
