Dr Nayak had lots of advice and experience about how my procedure should go and his team were calming friendly an efficient easy to talk with and talk to your procedure.Early days for me for hair results but so far all good.
I was warmly welcomed into the surgery by some friendly staff. I read the instructions and signed for my procedure to begin. I was carefully cared for and fed. The doctor was very kind. I cannot recommend them enough. I can't thank Doctor Nayak and Ajay enough. They were tremendous and I am grateful for their help.
I paid £2,000 deposit back in May I had my appointment booked in 6/6/2024 after traveling all the way to London and meeting the surgeon I was told i never had enough hair to go ahead with!! after a video consultation I was told yes i did so a waist of time. I asked for my deposit back they said it take 10 days But no refund. i was then told to grow my beard and chest hair as they think they can use that, so this took another month only to be played again. I asked for my refund from who was supposedly my consultant Rob who's number is now not working!! i have 4 different numbers with this company none of which pick up. It is now 24/7/2024 and still no refund and they are using all sorts of excuses like we are only the medical team we cant give refunds or your consultant is away so we cant give refunds
I had FUE hair transplant back in Jan 2023. Had two consultation one with the Dr. Alosert himself. I was promised 90% succesful growth on implanted grafts. I was asked to wait for 18 months to see full results. It has now been 22 months and I have two big bald patches on both sides of temple. Contacted the clinic but refused any refund or compensation. They offered a secondary surgery at reduced cost of which I refused as I do not have confidence in them anymore and not wanting to risk loosing any more of my limited donor grafts. They were one of the cheaper clinics but they are indeed "too good to be true". Plus they uploaded my pictures onto Instagram but please be careful not to completely trust the pictures published as they are not always what they actually look like.
At my 6 month point now and transplant is honestly perfect I’ve had some people say to me you can’t if tell it’s transplanted hair the whole process was easy from the moment I got there can’t recommend Dr Vishal and staff at the Romford branch will definitely be recommending to other people, thank you very much.
