Hi All,I'd like to thank all the staff at the HGC Romford. Really good procedure.From the start to finish this Centre ran like clockwork. Entry at 8am sharp. Did some paperwork. Then some medicals, in the surgery room. Then a consulting which with Dr. Nayak. He explained what they were going to do & marked out the areas of Harvest & Graft. Harvest starts at 9.30 ends around 12pm. Spot of lunch in room. Then channeling for 25 mins, then the 2 fabulous technicians get to work around 1pm, meticulously & super quickly insert graft hairs. They are done in my case by 3.15pm. Then it's the aftercare talk 20 mins with no upsell (appreciated). I'm in a taxi by 4pm, on my convalescence journey, taken from round the corner 1 mins.The process ran like clockwork, special thanks to my technicians Eleney & Asha (sp) they work so hard with maximum concentration.Will update the group, with results pictures in 6-12 months.The experience was very positive on day, I would highly recommend HGC to anyone. 5 stars for Service. I booked a hair transplant (2800 grafts across the front and receding corners) through a third party company I found on social media. The work was booked in with a Dr Munir located at a clinic in Manchester. I was greeted by a member of staff who then proceeded to draw a new hairline on my head with a marker pen. He asked me was I happy with the positioning and I replied 'yes its perfect'. Just as I was about to have my head shaved Dr Munir entered the room, rubbed the marker line from my head and started to redraw it - saying you cant have it like that it needs to be like this. I asked why it was drawn incorrectly by his colleague and they both just seemed to laugh it off. Not a great start and I'm now somewhat nervous.Then another of staff was about to shave my hair, I had to grab the clippers from her and say you haven't cleaned them - I could see they were still full of someone else's hair!. It's essential that any hairdressing tool is cleaned with something like clippercide (A hygienic cleaning spray) between clients. Luckily, I work as a barber, so I know all this only too well - but i do feel bad for anyone going in there and not knowing!After shaving my own head (it was patchy all over when they did it!) I was taken to a room where I was told to wait. I thought I was in a rather grubby waiting room waiting to go into a surgical area of the clinic or something. Little did I know my hair transplant was going to take place in this room! Staff came in, numbed my head and started the procedure taking all the grafts. Dr Munir entered the room around 1.5-2hrs later, he made the incisions whilst talking to me at 100mph like a robot. I couldn't understand a word he was saying as he spoke much too quickly. He then left the room not to be seen again until the end.In my opinion it seemed like student staff members taking and inserting the grafts, I heard them saying ' I hope we finish on time today, what time do you think we'll finish? ' Towards the end ,another person came in to help them out - now I have three people working on my head - it almost felt rushed. Dr Munir the re-entered the room and told me to sit up. He looked at my hairline and said 'yes perfect!'Then the sales pitch started, 100mph again.. trying to sell me PRP, I cant remember the exact numbers. I was still feeling a little out of it after the procedure, head throbbing, headache, and this man is constantly speaking at me trying to persuade me to part with more money after I've just paid alot of money! I said 'No thank you - I'll just stick with what I've already paid for'.I asked how many grafts I'd had, one member of staff said 2800 - another 2500. It appears that they couldn't confirm exactly how many grafts I'd received. After I'd declined to take up the offer of additional PRP, Dr Munir left the room never to be seen again. My hairline looks horrible - the variation isn't right - the curve doesn't look right - totally mismatched. I still look like I'm receding which is why i opted for a hair transplant in the first place. In my opinion this place is unprofessional and unhygienic given that it is supposed to be a clinic. If surgical procedures are being carried out it should be pristine - clinically clean! The whole time I was there I just felt vulnerable. I'm deeply upset and angry at the whole experience. I would never use this company again. I'm sorry but my whole experience was bad from start to finish. Do your own research - save your money - go elsewhere - or you might end up regretting it.
I done my hair transplant in February 2024, but i leaving a review today because i thought first i will see my hair growth result and after i can give my feedback, today i am very satisfied with my result. first day i was very happy with customer service and staff specifically who done the job and Dr Vishal. but today completely i can recommend everyone who need hair. must go as soon as possible. i have to do 2nd surgery i will aske for same staff.***** Thanks you so much. Dr Rafiq provided an outstanding surgery for my hair transplant 6 months ago. The progress I have had in 6 months has been amazing.The following PRP treatments and customer service has made the process so enjoyable and there has been no stress/confusion as they have been so helpful. My operation was in the Maida Vale branch and my PRPs have been at the Kenton branch. I would 100% recommend them!

I booked my hair transplant in 2024 and my results are unbelievable, this is one of the best clinics I have ever been to and really Dr Rafiq is a great surgeon, you would not expect that when you see him!!
