I returned them as they were not quite suitable, but the service was outstanding, and I will be ordering more suitable hats in the very near future. An excellent company to deal with

An excellent company to deal with. The fedora arrived and we loved it, but it was too big. We arranged a transfer easily and the smaller size arrived this morning. Service was prompt and courteous and the quality of the hat is top class! I would certainly recommend.

Great denim boonie hat

Great denim boonie hat. Just love it. Excellent quality and great value for money. First class despatch/delivery. I live by the sea so needed something to keep my locks in order and that would not blow off. Perfect. Will definitely buy other hats from this company.

Excellent customer service

I bought a hat from Village Hats/hatsandcaps.co.uk and one detail (the hat band) was wrongly described on the website. I told the company this (providing appropriate photographic evidence) and they very quickly emailed me a returns label to use. I took the hat to the post office, scanned the receipt I was given, and within a couple of hours my PayPal account was credited with a refund.I think that's pretty good customer service and I certainly have no complaints. (It's only a 4 star review because the website description was wrong)

The Hat to fit the person.

Well I saw on the site among the many many hats and saw a Linen cap, it was very well priced so I ordered it immediately and it came very quickly, it’s superb quality and form, I love it, size as said, colour as said, can’t fault purchase just praise, thank you very much.
