Excellent service. I bought two items but unfortunately I had to return one of them because it was too big- no worries.!!!... I returned the item and it was immediately refunded. However the quality of both hats was very good quality and I will be buying from them again in the future. The staff on line was most helpful. Thank you.
I should not have to wait for the refund as it isn't my fault or my problem that the hat went missing so I should not have to wait for RM decision. I was willing to except a replacement straight away but as time as gone on you seem to think that the outcome is dependent on RM communication with you to where the hat as gone.As I said that ISN'T MY PROBLEM that's for you and RM to sort out.SO TO BE CLEAR I DON'T NOW WANT A REPLACEMENT AS ANY GOOD WILL I HAD YOU HAVE DISTROYED. SO Want a REFUND.

Poor products and terrible customer service.I ordered a straightforward white cotton/linen wide brim packable sun hat which was not suitable or as shown and described due to the fabric under the brim puffing out and looking ridiculous. Clearly poorly made. So far, so not great.I requested a return for the reason stated above and was charged £4.65 for the return Royal Mail 48 hour tracked label and posted the item back on 21st May 2022. Royal Mail confirmed delivery was completed on 24th May 2022. It is now 29th May 2022 and no confirmation of receipt OR notification of refund has been provided.A response to my emailed query as to what was going on stated that it can take 14 DAYS for a return to be received and then a further five days for a refund to be processed.I will never buy from this company again and urge anyone considering a purchase from them to look elsewhere. AVOID.
I have bought several hats from Village Hats in the last couple of years for myself and members of my family. I have always been very pleased with the quality of service, as have my wife and children. I now turn to Village Hats whenever I need a new hat for myself or as a present.
