Review Time
Size guide is wrong. I measured my head and size guide said I needed a large size which I duly ordered. The hat arrived very quickly but is way too big. I have to return it because they are wrong but I also have to pay for the return. If I ordered wrong, ok I expect to pay but their size guide is wrong so I think they should accept responsibility fir return postage.
I've bought three hats from Village Hats over a few years and I'm happy with all three. Always nice hats, well packaged and delivered on time. I somehow managed to lose the feather from the one I currently wear and couldn't find one the same. Village Hats don't sell them separately but when I e mailed them they immediately offered to put a couple in the post free of charge. This was yesterday so I haven't received them yet but I am certain they will be true to their word. Thank you Village Hats.
Sent back for replacement asking for correct size Jan 12.ONLY when we followed up were we told January 24, "We received your returned item on the 12.01.Unfortunately, we have issued a refund in error on the same day. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.It can take between 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your accounts depending on your method of payment". Very thoughtless ,inconvenient and awkward with the person who gave us the present who got a refund! Offered to sell us another with free delivery !! but don't trust them.
Great service and great choice of hats. I didn’t need to wait long after ordering to receive the hats and they arrive nicely wrapped in a box. I can definitely recommend Hatsandcaps for the quality of their service and their hats.
I ordered two amazing looking hats separately within a short time of each other. Later I regretted not purchasing them together and paying extra for special delivery. A day or so later, customer services got in touch with me on an unrelated matter, I seized the opportunity to express my regret in the way in which I’d ordered my items… In no time at all, the kind and sympathetic customer services team rectified the situation. I can honestly say, I wasn’t expecting such a swift resolution, given the error was entirely mine. I’m immensely grateful and looking forward to receiving my orders.I definitely will be using this company again and can totally recommend them!
