I have bought three hats from Jaxon & James. They’re consistently well made, well shaped, tally with specified sizing and punch well above their price point. I perform a lot on stage and they are also very robust. My port of call for quality hats at affordable price points.
A hat I purchased developed a minor fault. Although it was not covered by warranty Hatsandcaps immediately offered to replace it FOC and did so within 36 hours. I can highly recommend Hatsandcaps for the quality of their products and excellent customer service
I wanted a specific hat and it was the color and I wanted it unopened and in mint condition and without even asking. Gaspari sent me a photo of the photo he went above and beyond and out of his way and I live in America and they sent the hat all the way from Great Britain to America and it got here in about 3 days total and I just have to say it's exactly what I ordered Aunt. They are very professional and they go above and beyond and they are very easy to deal with and it was an easy process. Place the order. I definitely would recommend and I will be ordering from them again. Thank you!!!
My Village Hat sun hat (Sunday Afternoons Hat - Sol Seeker, Blue, M) arrived as scheduled and has a lovely weight and feel to it, and it fits my 57cm head brilliantly.I also thought the packaging was very good - neat and substantial to protect the product. I shall certainly recommend you to friends and visit your store again should I need another hat in the future.
