Excellent service received.I placed an order for a hat which unbeknownst to me, my husband already had. I ordered another hat and emailed customer services to cancel my 1st order before it was posted. Customer services were excellent, and responded straight away and confirmed my cancelled order. My second order was posted very efficiently and I received it the next day. I’m extremely happy with the hat and service received. I will be shopping with this company again. Thank you ☺️

Do not honor warranty past 3 month

Bought a Tilley hat. After less than 4 mont the fabric on the brim loosened from the inside seam. (I have a similar hat for 4 years with no problems). Hatsandcaps/Willagehats repeatedly refused my warranty claim due to the hat being more than 3 month. I explained that I am entitled to a repair og new hat according the British legislation.But they still refused to honor any warranty.
