Review Time
Have only just discovered this company. I wanted a specific type of hat, yet didn't know what it actually was. I sent them an enquiry, which resulted in an immediate response. They told me exactly what my type of required hat was, and provided convenient links for me to see the selection available within my category. The range was huge, and after making my purchase, (which included free delivery), my hat arrived in no time at all. On opening, I was delighted with the product, and it is exactly what I wanted. I have stored the web page for future reference. An excellent company that gets the highest rating from me!
The courier did not let me know they had tried to deliver, twice, so I chased a missing visor with the company and got a really helpful email complete with the tracking info I had missed. I failed to go and get the parcel from the delivery office in time to stop it being returned to them so I rang them and they were extremely helpful and concerned. The visor arrived the next day anyway (nearly a month after the order) but I was so reassured by their support. Great visor by Patagonia.
This is a company that cares about their product and their customers. Anything that's come up over the 10 or so years that I've been buying from them, they're always there to do the necessary work and resolve it. Their packaging is perfect for hats and they also have a warehouse in EU to ship to EU customers without going through customs. I doubt there's a better hat store out there in UK and EU (tried very many), so a 5 star rating here is only fair.
As an avid hat fan/wearer I like to look around, but I get the majority of my hats from Hats and Caps, as I have have always found them the most competitive on price, excellent variet and have some of my favourite brands (Jacob & James) in stock. I have to say I have never had a company that deals with your order so swiftly and carefully, I always receive my purchases promptly and in excellent condition. Thoroughly recommend.
