I have been buying threir products from past 5 years. Recently I ordered a product and its been 6 days and was not shipped, Customer care replied stating that the product will reach their wearhouse today and will be shipped the next day. Why did they accept orders when they know that product is not avaialable and will be avaialble after few days. Requested for cancellation yesterday and the status is calcellation Requested. Good quality products cannot increase your sales, Customer statisfaction and after sales also does matte. I will re think thrice before oordering any product from your site fom now.

In my detailed warranty claim (including photos and a handwritten letter via courier), I clearly stated: I don't mind if you fix the right earbud, but I need left to work as it was. Despite acknowledging the initial damage, they reshipped the earphones in even worse condition.

After Sales Service Very Pathic & Slow... If your patience level is too high then this brand is for you. After-sales service is very slow, the process takes a lot of time. For example, I filed a complaint on February 8th, but I had to wait until today because of the product inspection process... According to the company, the product is working fine, but according to my usage, one side of the headphone is not working properly.This service and waiting time is under the warranty period

THE Audiophile brand in India. Huge selection of headphones and DACs. They have events where you can try headphones which is critical to making your choice.Best part is the support! I messed up a 2 of my orders and they were very supportive even though I inconvenienced them.Keep up the great work!
