LOSS OF CONFIDENCE IN HEARTLAND -"How does a long term client get a response to a " SECURE MESSAGE" sent on your digital platform?I needed to withdraw $6,000 of my own money from a Direct Call account yesterday but ran into a problem. I sent a message about 10am asking for your advice/seeking a solution. I wanted this sorted yesterday, but it is now 11am the next day and I haven't been given the courtesy of even an interim reply.Given this is the second secure message I haven't had a response to in a reasonable period it says something about Heartland's more recent attitude to client relationships. It suggests to me you don't have anyone with a responsibility for checking secure messages on at least a daily basis, or, if you do, that person is letting Heartland and your clients down not doing their job.I still need $6,000 urgently, (and also wanted to open a further term deposit yesterday). I have a considerable money invested with Heartland, (to me anyway), but clearly this no longer carries any weight with you".
I travelled to Ibiza for vacation and logged in my Account from there; I was locked out with $20,000 and I had to survive on my ROI from trades with PlanOff for 27days. Now, I am back but the bank is still not opening my Account for me despite numerous verifications. Do not open an account here.
We have been banking with Heartland for some years now, We contact via email and phone, only once we found it slow that was because we were using a bankers personal email, and at that time she was out of the country on her holidays. Immediately on here return we had a phone call and an email apology. I cannot expect more than that. The negative reviews I have read on this website, is really unfair, and I feel those people should look in the mirror first. I do bank with other banks and had little trouble with them as well.
AVOIDUnable to use their internet banking due to constant ERRORS. Follow recommended steps (still the same errors) - conversation is stuck in a loop. This is for the most basic of operations such as payments and transfers. *Has been going on for months.Never an issue anywhere else (am leaving). But cannot yet, as unable to do any actions... see above.Only progress at all, means having to ask HEARTLAND to do everything manually via Internet Banking mail.Phone. Slow or no communication. IBank mail. Slow communication. Email. No communication (through multiple emails).PS I would take the token reply to this with a grain of salt. 1 or 2 1 star reviews fair enough. Multiple, who would give zero stars if you could (me included) ... well ...
So far not a positive experience - I have set up an account, deposited funds and 4 days later - my money is not sitting in a account. Its never been so hard to invest money - and it leaves you wondering if you've been scammed or are they really this slack in dealing with people. So far today I have been hanging on for 1 hour and 10 minuted to speak with someone.
They're awesome when you don't want to do anything. The moment you do though, look out!I got so feed up with being given the run around, I requested a settlement figure in the app for the next day. I transferred the funds straight away knowing they'd not be credited till the next day. They either screwed up the settlement amount or added interest to nothing because I have a loan balance of $1.33.This is pure comedy when you consider banks have a level of accuracy and accountability.Don't put your money with them or borrow from them, either.
