All the staff that I havnt been in contact with have been extremely helpful with any queries/applications I have made. They respond quick and always follow up phone calls when they say they will. I am very impressed with heartland customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Recieving a phone call after covid struck to see if they could help out in any way was also very nice to receive.
I approached Heartland in response to their TV Advert which I found a little unbelievable, “approval in 30 minutes “ type of ad.That didn’t work in my case and it took a few days which I found remarkable.When the banker / appraiser rang me it was obvious he had a good grasp of small business and cash flow issues we face.He split my loan in half with one half being a revolving credit which is fantastic and it has solved my seasonal cash flow issues totally.I am on the West Coast if the South Island and we have our own Development Trust, I did st one point have a business loan there however their draconian terms and conditions nearly crippled my business, Heartland is a totally different ball game and I have no hesitation recommending them.
Super Impressed when Covid 19 shutdown was announced I got a call from Heartland to offer what they could do to help. I wish they had day to day banking facilities I would love for them to be our regular bank. They are so approachable and willing to help.
