The team at Heartland Bank really went out of there way to accommodate my financial needs. They were happy to talk to me about my needs and my future requirements and not just work on financial reports.They were very quick helping me getting the banking app going as well when i was a bit stuck.Thanks heaps guys and a special mention to Nisha Patel and Peter Dyer for their assistance.

Phone service takes ridiculous amount of time to answer

This bank doesn't look after their customers when I called I waited 1 hour 40mins before getting cut off I immediately called back to a get a person who's says she will send a message to the team so they can call me back I called them back hours later as I hadn't been called to be told yes we will sort your $735 refund today as you have already waited since 30th July when it was only ment to take 4 days STILL no email sent no funds in my bank again what now I have to ring again Father please give me the strength UNHAPPY CUSTOMER ONLY GAVE 1 START BECAUSE TRUSTPILOT SITE DOESN'T LET ME GIVE LESS
