Review Time
I tried to cancel within 1 hour after placing the order after reading the reviews and was told this was not possible as it’s an automated process. They then offered me 20% off which has still not been processed. The reviews are correct they are cheap looking and very uncomfortable very disappointed.
I placed order ,realised the wrong size was confirmed, so tried to rectify 30 secs after placing order, to late apparently. Expected to have to reject delivery, but took a chance. I always wear size 8, those delivered were size 6 but were perfect fit, so your sizings are wrong. Put shoes on, were them for couple of hours, they are definitely the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn.I assumed, wrongly, that shoes advertised as orthopedic would at least have some advantages, how wrong I was! Absolutely rubbish!
I was just about to check out but first looked at reviews. I have decided not to go ahead after reading the so negative experiences of so many buyers which is a real shame because they seemed just what I was looking for.Thank you all the reviewers for saving me £49.99 and a whole lot of angst.
They say "Full Refund, no If's or Buts" but to get a refund you have to post the shoes to Macedonia for inspection. Alternatively they refund 20%. The sandals are total rubbish, you can feel the ground through the soles. And they are available via Temu under £5. Hike Care has employed brilliant photography and marketing to sell a very poor product.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After reading the above they asked for more details!! What is not clear? I bought the sandals thinking I would get a refund if they didn’t fit. There was no mention of having to pay postage to Macedonia. Disgusting company!

Awful, cheap, inferior product. Nothing like advertised. Looking at legal action as was told as with everyone else to receive a refund i would have to post the product they delivered (cant even call them trainers as they are so bad) to North Macedonia. This company needs to be shut down asap !DO NOT USE
I received the shoes a day after having ordered them. They don't fit and are difficult for my old feet. First I was offered a full return of the money paid but I should first ship them back to Noord Macedonie !!!That's more than price of shoes. After that I was offered 40% of the price paid getting back and I could kep the shoes. After that nothing at all after having contacted them several times. It's just a scam.Be warned people !
Ordered a pair of shoes from this place when they came they were very cheap made and I tried them on and they were size to small for me even though I ordered a size larger. I’m looking to return them for a different size. I discovered you have to send them back to Macedonia within 14 days and a 14 day career service with £49 when only paid £40 for the shoes in a when it says it’s British company
