Review Time
Tried to cancel the order within half an hour or purchase after realising the shoes would not benefit my high arch. Their website states you can cancel within 24 hours. I was told I coukd not cancel due to quick turn around.Realised from the correspondence that the company is not British. Sub oar customer service. Attempted to get the return address from them. It is indeed in Macedonia. However royal mail doesn't recognise the postage address and it is a different address to what is online for their returns. The shoes are still in original packaging. Feel very light. Do not purchase from this site. Reported the company and informed my bank.
EDIT: So after emailing customer service to request my refund (as stated in Hikecares response to original review), I received 2 emails from someone claiming to be from the Netherlands at 10.30 at night on 2 separate days. They then claimed I had provided them with the incorrect order number. After sending an email with a screenshot of the exact order number I originally told them and calling them out on their fraudulent company......surprise, I've not received any further correspondence or refund. BUYERS BEWARE! The website looks legit and the shoes look comfy and in good quality. Sadly when they arrived, they were cheaply made, thin and although ordered my correct size received shoes that were 2 sizes larger. Definitely not worth the money and wish I'd read the reviews before buying. This is what I'd expect from temu and if I'm honest I think temu would have been better quality. Don't waste your time or money on this company. I've given 1 star because I was surprised they actually arrived in 10 days.
My grandma ordered shoes from hikecare, but unfortunately they used a delivery service with a terrible reputation (1,5 stars). The package was left outside her door without permission and was stolen.Both the delivery and Hikecare refused to take any responsibility, even though - according to customer law - the seller is responsible until the package is properly handed over. This is careless and shows little respect for the customer. No replacement, no refund, no real support. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. It’s disgusting! Not recommended.
DO NOT BUY!They’re cheap in every aspect - that £30 I might as well of put straight in the bin! Stupidly I read the reviews on the site and despite the cheap look and feel they fitted well however, now after the first (and only) two mile walk my feet are wrecked from these apparent orthocare trainers - the supposed cushioning underfoot is rubbish - they feel cheap - they are cheap - the stitching and fabric is so poor they literally cut the backs of my ankles. Please read all these one star reviews and avoid!!!
Company sent wrong size. We asked for returns label and were told we would have to pay for postage to MACEDONIA. In spite of what it says on website they do NOT refund money when mistake is made. They suggested we give the shoes away as a gift. I kid you not. After many emails we were offered half our money back - and we were so fed up that we accepted. But this is a seriously dodgy company.
This is a terrible company to deal with I ordered 2 pairs of trainers in good faith, 1 was too small and the other not suitable, however I returned to the printed returns address label on my parcel, only to find I should have sent to overseas address. I now have no trainers and am £64.98 out of pocket this is a terrible way to treat customers, and highly recommend not to buy from them
