Since I saw a nice discount on an item that I liked, I am very glad I researched this company and saw all the bad reviews before buying something. More and more companies are trying to scam people with there bad and complicaties return policies. Us putting bad reviews on the web is the only thing that helps the reduce their business. They need to understand we gladly pay a bit more for trustworthy service. So one star it is
This company are scamming good customers like my self! I ordered a pair of hiking shoe. Size 9.5 priced at £45. Instead I got a size 3+ they have my £45. So I turned to paypal for help. The response of HIKE CARE is £15 back+ keep item. I couldn't believe this. It is there mistake for sending the wrong size. The quality is shameful of the pair they sent me. I just want my money back. Then I got message today off them from paypal telling me, if I want a full refund I have to send there mistake back to " vinica country. North Macedonia." When I received the wrong size hike shoe's from this company it is there fault! On the parcel it clearly had an English return address, southhall UB2! 5LF. I don't want anyone to go through what I have been through because of their mistake! I had to laugh at this "HIKE care company" when they clearly said through paypal to me " take the £15.( Now gone up to £20) as you are not going to win! I couldn't stop laughing as now the £45 pound isn't my worry know! My worry is I do not want any else to go through what I have this this " Hike Care company " if they was a decent company they should " take responsibility for sending the wrong size+ give me my money back " instead they come back to me with £15+ keep shoes. Then £20. I don't know anyone who is a size 3. All my family have big feet! Ive never ever delt with a company literally not returning my money back. Through there own mistake . Then telling me to send size 3 shoe's to over seas too Macedonia! Then they will pay me £45 pound! I felt very threatened by this company!

In practice, you are told to return items at your own cost to Macedonia, even though the postage label shows a UK address in Southall (UB2 5LF). This is deliberately confusing and makes refunds costly and impractical. Some customers report being offered only a partial refund if they refuse.This is not what a fair or honest returns policy looks like. The mismatch between advertising promises and actual practice is unacceptable.I will be making a formal complaint to UK Trading Standards via Citizens Advice so that these practices can be properly investigated.Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
Most likely the shop is a dropshipper. I ordered a pair of comfortshoes in a special offer. On Temu I found the same shoes for half the price of that offer. Moreover the delivery proces is the same as Temu and Alibaba. Chinese trading for double the price.
They sent me wrong size shoes, and product quality is terrible. Probably made in China rubbish.Their office is outside EU in Macedonia and they make you pay for returning the product which cost almost as much as be ridiculous rubber flaps they sent me.This company is a scam.
Hi, I bought a pair of the ortho shoes, when they arrived within the specified time, they were unfortunately a size too small. I emailed the company, they replied that same evening saying they would sent a replacement pair one size up, and they would take up to 15 days to arrive. Within a week I have my now fitting pair of shoes. Excellent service, don’t know what others are fussing about.
I so wished I had read reviews before ordering, I received trainers yesterday,asked for refund today, they are so cheaply made ,no cushioning whatsoever , sole was made of some cheap plastic, front of trainer seems to be something wrong with top very loose, I'm just wondering how long a reply takes, feel like I've been ripped off.Update I've since found out tracked postage to Macedonia is £25, what a con ,BUYER BEWARE.
Do not use this company. A rip off. The quality of sandal is poor and they send wrong sizes. The two sizes I eventually got were both exactly the same and after ordering twice both times they sent a different size to what I had ordered. Returns almost impossible
Ordered shoes sold as orthopedic came didnt fit ,asked for refund told to send back to Macedonia instead of Southall whichsay return label pls don't waste Yr money on this product as fake cost £3,90 on temu no customer service especially Dora big shout out to her do not spend Yr hardearn money,trading standards need to investigate
