I ordered a luminous cat lamp for £29.99, but the item I received did not resemble what I ordered. The quality is very poor, and the 'hand painting' is unacceptable. I tried to contact customer service but had no luck; my emails were returned as spam. It's frustrating that they don't respond to reviews in English. I completely agree with other reviewers—avoid this seller.
I sent off for a luminous maltese terrier dog lamp. It was totally inferior to the one shown on the website. Very tacky, like a fairground prize! The company did not want to refund me saying it was hand made from glass and even mentioned Tiffany!! Eventually they said I could return it but would have to pay for for postage. The item cost £29.99 and the cheapest return postage £16. Avoid this company! They lie and deceive!!
Ordered a dog lamp. Nowhere near the item shown on website. Supposed to be a Tiffany style stained glass lamp in the shape of a Yorkshire Terrier but is a plastic toy illuminated from a USB socket. According to their return policy it must be damaged or broken and you have to pay postage to return to Romania! Don't buy these lamps!
I brought trainers, cheap & nasty looking.Have asked for refund, offered me 20% if I keep them. If I want a full refund I have to pay posted to return them back half way round the world. Thought this was a uk site. Very disappointed.Rubbish company, don’t use.Just had a reply from Hike Care, don’t understand, as not in English 😡
