Review Time
I ordered and paid for a jacket 3 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I have emailed them multiple times and the emails come back. Order #46760.premium shipping..!Do not buy from this company they take your money and you get nothing...
Thought i was ordering from a UK based company/business, only to realise they are based in Macedonia! I ordered a lamp, waited a long time for delivery,. The tracking info wasn't recognised and when I tried to email them it came back as mailer demon in otherworld, doesn't exist. A complete con and I'm really angry at myself, now stuck with a cheap tacky lamp which will go in the bin as I'm not paying more money to return abroad.
I saw an advertisement illustrating a beautiful handmade mug representing a stack of books. The perfect birthday present for my bookloving daughter in law, I thought. I ordered it and couldn't wait for her reaction. I can't say it any other way. It looked like a handmade piece of shit. My granddaughter could have done much better. It not only did not look at all like the image in the advertisement it looked like a botched mess of a thing. I was ashamed.As far as I'm concerned they can put their stuff where the sun does not shine. Although it must be crowded in there. I learned my lesson. Take it from me. Buy nothing from these rip-offs!
I purchased a pair of sandals thinking they would help my feet I'm a pensioner with health problems when they arrived they were to small so I returned them to the return address wich was with the sandals that cost me £13.95 the sandals cost £39.99 I heard nothing back from them so I emailed them they got back to me saying that wasn't the correct address and I wouldn't get a refund this carry on has made me ill it said return address they are doing everything not to refund me I have severe anxiety and this is making me ill I returned the sandals to the return address which was on the packaging I've been in tears I'm out £53.95 they Just are not accepting they're in the wrong I have no family no friends and no next of kin so I'm alone I have nobody to help me I asked them to return the sandals but I doubt I'll get them and every email is from different people I think for my health I'll Just need to except I'm getting nothing back as my health is suffering I only wish I had looked on Trust Pilot before I bought them sorry for such a long review.I have been asked by Trust Pilot to add details regarding my review even though I already left a negative review so here goes I ORDERED THE SANDALS £39.99 THE SANDALS ARRIVED THEY DIDN'T FIT SO I RETURNED THEM CAN I MAKE THIS CLEAR I RETURNED TO THE RETURN ADDRESS THAT CAME WITH THEM I SENT THEM BACK BY PARCELS TO GO COST £13.95 I HEARD NOTHING BACK SO I EMAILED THEM AND THE COMPANY GOT BACK TO ME SAYING THAT THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG BUT ONCE AGAIN IT WAS THE ADDRESS THAT CAME WITH THE SANDALS THEY THEN SAID THEY SHOULD BE RETURNED TO NORTH MACEDONIA I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE SAID I RETURNED THE SANDALS BACK TO THE RETURN ADDRESS THAT CAME WITH THE SANDALS I AM A PENSIONER WITH A LOT OF PROBLEMS THIS COMPANY IS SAYING ONE MINUTE I'M GETTING A REFUND THEN SAYING BECAUSE OF THE RETURN ADDRESS I'M GETTING NOTHING AND EVERY TIME IT'S A DIFFERENT PERSON I'VE BEEN IN TEARS WITH THE WAY I'VE BEEN TREATED I'M OUT OF POCKET £53.95 I DONE NOTHING WRONG I SENT THEM BACK TO THE ADDRESS THAT SAID RETURN ADDRESS I HAD TO CONTACT PARCELS 2 GO FOR THE ADDRESS I SENT IT TO AND I TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS NIGHTMARE AND THEY OFFERED TO RETURN MY PAYMENT TO WICH I SAID NO IT WAS'NT THEIR FAULT I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY I RETURNED THE SANDALS TO THE ADDRESS THAT CAME WITH THE PACKAGE SO PLEASE I ONLY WANTED A REFUND FOR WHAT I PAID WITH MY KLARNA ACCOUNT I JUST WANT THIS TO END I HONESTLY THINK I'M GOING TO HAVE A BREAKDOWN THROUGH THIS I'M 68 I HAVE NO FRIENDS I HAVE NO FAMILY I DON'T EVEN HAVE A NEXT OF KIN ALL I HAVE IS MY CHIHUAHUA IN THE WORLD PLEASE I DON'T THINK I CAN TAKE MUCH MORE !!!
I wish I had seen the most recent reviews 😕 as the so-called posture control bra I bought was utterly rubbish.Poor quality materials, no support certainly not the size suggested.Certainly not worth the product advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!Bought by my wife ☺
Hike care offered a hand made stained glass cat figure with lighting that would bring joy to the room, and all of this for a discounted amount of €40,- So I ordered this for my wife as a present.What I received was a piece of plastic junk. Instead of bringing joy to my wife's face it brought feelings of being ripped off by hike care.I found that you can file a complaint with the Hong Kong trade office. Google for: file complaint about hong kong registered companyYou will find a form that you can e-mail to them.. the more people that do so.. do more chance Hike Care will be taken down.I also filed a complaint with PayPal about the delivered product.
Never again Bought a pair of ortho shoes. They were no good and they make it really hard to return things. You have to email them for a return I did and I haven't heard back so I am now stuck with a pair of £44.00 pair of shoes that are no good and I have no way of returning them. You only get 14 days to return but without a label or address I can't do anything. Total waste of money 26th
