Review Time
Bought a pair of trainers from hike care. They are not what are advertised. Really cheaply made and the tread seems very slippery. I didn't realise I would have to send them back to Macedonia at my own cost and with the reviews stating it's hard to get refunds I can't afford to risk the postage cost to not recover my money back. I am highly disappointed and would advise not to bother buying from this company.
I received my shoes and have just found the exact ones on Shein. I paid £39.99 on this website but on shein they're £8.99. I am absolutely fuming. Will never trust this firm again. Absolutely disgusting that companies are doing this to innocent customers. You should be ashamed.
I ordered a pair of trainers on 20 May this year, paying an extra £5 for speedy delivery. The trainers hadn't arrived by the 28th when I went on holiday, I had tried to cancel them but was informed this wasn't possible but I could refuse delivery. In my absence a neighbour accepted the parcel. On my return I examined the trainers, which were flimsy and of extremely poor quality with a very poor tread. I informed Hikecare UK I wanted to return the goods for a refund and was then told they had to be posted back to North Macedonia at my own expense or I could accept a credit to purchase more tat, which I clearly don't want to do. My warning is READ THE SMALL PRINT. Despite its name, clearly designed to mislead, Hikecare UK is based in North Macedonia If you have any problems with their goods, including speedy delivery that isn't, you'll have great difficulty getting your money back
I was hoping for better things having read the reviews. The trainers arrived - they are not comfortable AND the liner came out with my foot when I took it out first time.I also bought an Ergonomic comfort bra, that sells itself as a posture corrector. It is SO flimsy that it is absolutely of no use whatsoever. It may be ok as a first bra for a very young person.I had assumed that it is a UK company as it is Hike Care.CO.UKI've looked at returns, unfortunately they need to be returned to Macadonia, upon receipt, they will decide if a refund is appropriate..... er no.Short of it, I have no choice but to keep the trainers and the 'bras' . Lesson learned to check more throroughly before purchase.
I brought a pair of shoes thinking I was dealing with a UK based company. This is because it was Hikecare.co.uk. When I contacted them I was shocked to find that to get a full refund I have to pay to post them to North Macedonia. The shoes are sub quality and I was unable to even get my foot into them. Their website claims the they have a trustpilot review rate of 4.5 which doesn’t match what trustpilot says. Buyer beware
