What rubbish. On the website the shoes look great and have a 'wonderful' write up. I bought two pairs, the soles are lethal. Absolutely no grip whatsoever. Please stay clear of this company Company says Hike UK? To return it will cost a fortune in postage as they are overseas.
Terrible company and cheap product. No orthopedic substance behind them as they claim. Sizes are small and misdescribed. UK Size on invoice but an EU size was received. Reported to UKICC. Which everyone who has written a bad review needs to do. And get this company investigated.
My husband bought shoes from this company. The quality is so poor that the toe box is very narrow, not anything like a "barefoot"shoe. Infact the overall quality is very poor, cheaply made using cheap materials. Like other customers he keeps getting offers or we can return them at our cost. Are they having a laugh? We certainly aren't! Just checked Royal Mail and it will be £21 to send them to Macedonia!
You cant return things unless you send to them at Macedonia. The quality is also very bad. To Add insult to injury the senders address of Hike care on thier parcel is YunExpress Ghanglweg 8-10 1437EM Rozenburg Nederlands.When I wanted to post it back to Hike care at that address I was told by the post office that it does not exist so in other words it is FAKEI read your review and it is all nonsense I have written to Dora many many times and asked for an envelope to send the articles back to you All I get is more offers which I dont want new products Jusr send me back my money. Purchased their shoes and before it was even dispatched I noticed it was the wrong size,so I emailed them to stop the order and send the correct size,but the reply came back saying it was to late,also said they would offer discount if I kept it.Doh,it’s the wrong size.They also said if I refused delivery it would be returned to them and I could get a refund.well I was at work when it was delivered so it was left in a safe place.which I didn’t request.The return address on the label was in the UK,Southhall in fact,which I dispatched it at my own expense.Next email I received from them was to send it to Macedonia.So far I have paid for shoes which I haven’t got and sent it back to the wrong address,the correct address not a on the label,and the reply’s I’ve got is pure BS.Do not purchase from this company.And as you can see by the previous reviews,they are not very good.Should have done more research.
Terrible cheap shoe. Cheap plastic materials. Think sole with little padding. Orthopaedic claims absurd for this level of shoe. Currently refusing to refund my money. Only offering a partial refund or a voucher. Also you have to send shoes back to North Macedonia. Don’t not buy anything from this company. Will submit details to Trading Standards here in UK.
