This thing is consistently 10 points too high, regardless of how i calibrate it. Ive compared it to a full days comparison using a known calibrated bp monitor, and its always off. I tried contacting support, but it is an endless loop of crap article that dont allow for any communication with a support team. Considering the cost of this item, i am extremely disappointed
It's a good device. It is very useful. Why not five star? The quality of the bracelet is good, but the size (small) and the surface make a lot of friction on the sheet. So it is some discomfort when you are in bed.I am bradycardic but the detection does not seem to be affected much by this. Rather, I find it very sensitive to skin temperature. When my hands and wrist are cold, it happens to have gaps in the detection. In this condition it is easy to go from 20 measurements to 10 or even less. Last but very important point is that the support responds quite quickly (48-72 working hours). Definitely kind in explaining their device and checking its functioning.Last: battery it's almost 8-10 days of work without charge
Great product, easy to use, reliable and resilient. After using for just 3 months, through the data points collected at night time sleeping, it helped my doctor to suspect (pressure was not declining) that I have sleep apnea.Through further tests it was indeed confirmed.
I bought this BP monitor for my husband and it arrived speedily and securely packaged. I find it difficult to rate as there is a big discrepancy between the measurements from the Aktiia and using another monitor. The readings from the Aktiia are much lower.
I have had the bracelet for a few months now and it is already missing half the day without any readings. It does not match the cuff readings not even close. It only has a 30 return /wrranty period which is terrible for something that costs this much. I would not recommend this crap product.
