I absolutely love my new bespoke ring. Nirupama took the time to really understand what I was looking for and offered her professional thoughts and ideas and brought it to life even better than I’d imagined. The ring is stunning and the craftsmanship fantastic. For a unique and meaningful piece of bespoke jewellery I would 100% recommend Nirupama and the team at Harriet Kelsall.
I worked with Abigail on my wife's engagement ring and wedding band. She was so patient and turned my ideas into a beautiful sketch, which was then turned into a gorgeous ring by her talented colleagues Chung Shan-Fung and Rachel Jones. The wedding band is a perfect match for the engagement ring. My wife adores the set and keeps getting distracted looking at it 😄 Absolutely recommend Harriet Kelsall to anyone who is looking to have a tailored, unique ring made!
Our experience was excellent and we are incredibly happy with how our rings turned out. Our designer Alec was brilliant, very knowledgeable and talented. Neither of us really knew what we wanted but he brainstormed ideas with us until he created a design which is perfect. We highly recommend them.
Great experience from start to finish. Bethany was wonderful throughout, from initial contact via email to drawing up designs and making modifications and tweaks to suit what we were after. Just picked up second piece of commissioned jewellery from Harriet Kelsall. This time the piece was designed around diamonds from my wife's grans' engagement ring. The designer was able to really enhance the impact of what were, in reality, quite ordinary diamonds, into a stunning necklace pendant that just shines. Brought my wife to tears. The craftsmanship is exceptional - as a scientist I had many many questions on how craftsmen turn a design concept into a physical object - they have a full audit trail of the whole process, from design to build and it is fascinating to see how much work is involved. My wife now has a unique piece of artwork that has real emotional significance to her, made with such high craftsmanship that it is likely to be around for centuries. These things are priceless.

We had an excellent experience designing our bracelets at Harriet Kelsall. We weren’t sure how we wanted to incorporate my Grandmother’s wedding rings into bracelets my daughter and I could wear every day, but Alice came up with these wonderful bangle designs which worked perfectly. I was looking for a jeweller able to work with Fairtrade gold to make a bangle incorporating a couple of meaningful quotes. Alice Rochester was as excited to be working on my gold bangle project as I was to have it made. Having explained what I was looking for, the links to previous HK projects and initial sketches showed she had understood what I had in mind, and presented me with appropriate options. The finished item was exactly what I hoped for. I did have to stretch my budget rather more than I hoped - having been reassured initially that what I was suggesting was feasible, when the formal quotes came in they were rather higher than I hoped, but I accept I chose a poor time, given global record gold prices to commission a gold item. Communication and progress updates were generally good. The finished item was ready for my deadline.
