Lovely experience recently with the amazing Alice H from Harriet Kelsall. We approached her with some family jewelry that we were looking to redesign and her creative support exceeded our expectations. Alice was very patient and interactive throughout the whole process taking time to make sure that my new ring would be everything we wanted it to be - it is!She and her assistant Tom communicated brilliantly throughout all the various stages, nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with the result. Thank you both (and the amazing goldsmith) for bringing some of our treasured family jewelry back to life and for my gorgeous ring that I will cherish for years to come.
A personal and professional service.I really wanted my now wife's engagement/wedding ring to be different from the norm. Harriet Kelsall delivered just that and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I was really impressed with the service I received. From the initial online meeting with them to discuss my requirements, to the delivered product I couldn't have been happier. I was asked for an initial budget and was extremely pleased that they delivered exactly what I wanted within that budget.I was kept fully informed all the way along they even managed to finish the ring in time for Christmas day when I proposed to my wife.I managed to get the initial size wrong but they said they would resize it once for free as part of their service. Amazing customer service.Thank you Alice and Dalia for everything you did.

Perfect process from start to finish. Second time I've collaborated with Alice on a family heirloom. This one was very difficult and took quite a while to settle on the ultimate layout. Beyond delighted. Sent all my rings so the exact fit was made. The whole concept came together as a cumulation of four small rings and inherited stones and adding in a lab diamond as a center piece. The milligrain details reflecting the design on my wedding band to link the pieces intrinsically. I have had so many compliments.
I spoke with Alice Rochester on a phone call after I’d made an enquiry on their website- she got back to me promptly and we began discussing designs for a pendant to mark the birth of my daughter. We spoke about different options and Alice came back with some initial designs which were thoughtful and even included some additional designs in the same vein we spoke about. We settled on a design and Alice gave me some rough estimates for when the pendant would be ready - I enjoyed working with Alice and would recommend her!Alice was very transparent on costs and on the breakdown of the work involved. I was told that Chung Shan would be working on my pendant and I can say that he has done incredible work and the craftsmanship is beautiful. I was very lucky to have him work on it!My pendant was completed within the timeframe given and it looks honestly stunning and I am so happy with it! It will be a treasured heirloom to one day pass on down to my daughter.I would like to say thank you to all the team at Harriet Kelsall - in particular to Alice, Chung and Dalia for their work!
I spent weeks looking through rings online to get ideas for my own custom engagement ring. A colleague of my fiance got engaged at the same time we did and recommended HK. I was amazed by all the custom beautiful rings and jewellery on their website. Very unique and so much variety. No other jewellers impressed me quite so much from looking through loads of different websites.I was a bit nervous about actually making the appointment and how pricing might turn out, but they do have some designs available to buy shown online which gave an indication on potential pricing.Booking the appointment was very easy over email. I got quick replies even though it was during Xmas holiday period. I described my initial preferences of metal type and gem colours which I hoped to see during the appointment.At the in person appointment at the London Primrose Hill store I showed the designer photos of 2 rings that I had seen from other companies which I wanted to include elements from in my design. With some more nature and floral ring designs from HK website to help.Dani helped to create a sketch of the ring design with the various elements I was hoping for and gave suggestions for slight variations as well. She had several rings that I was able to try on to be able to compare against my skin tone, how different size gems and ring sizes would look on my hand. I got to look through a range of gems they had in stock and compared those against metal colours and my skin tone.Dani did not try to push any particular designs or styles on me, only helped to guide my own design ideas and then complete any other factors I hadn't thought of beforehand. She was able to answer many questions we both had about the design and creation process. We were given a few options at the end of the design process which would have allowed slightly different pricing ranges. For example she showed us both platinum and palladium as metal options, and either would have worked well. She didn't try to upsell us, only presented options that would be close to the specifications I asked for.We didn't ask for a priority service with a particular deadline, so we were advised that it would take 2-2.5 months time to have the ring made and be ready. We received 2 or 3 emails during the wait to advise which stage the ring was at. I also asked for the ring drawing to be emailed to me which was quickly sent.On the day we went to collect the ring, it was a bit last minute but we rushed to the store without a specific appointment time, this was no issue. My ring looks even more beautiful in reality than the drawing and the CAD. I am so impressed with the craftsmanship of my ring and how my design was brought to life. We were both extremely happy with the service from Dani and those who created the ring itself.
