I’m incredibly picky when it comes to jewellery. I got engaged in December 2022 but couldn’t find the perfect ring, even after nearly three years of searching and visiting just about every jeweller in Hatton Garden.I remembered Harriet Kelsall from when I used to work in St Albans and had always admired their creations, so I decided to pop in. After chatting with the Senior Designer, Beth, I discovered they offer custom designs. I talked through what I liked, showed her some rings I’d seen, and explained what I didn’t like about them. Beth then hand-drew a few designs she thought would suit me. They were all gorgeous, and all closer to my dream ring than anything I’d seen in person during all my searching.At a follow-up appointment, I chose two favourite designs, and Beth created a beautiful amalgamation of both. It turned out to be the most stunning piece of jewellery I could ever have dreamed of. We approved the design there and then, and just a few weeks later, my ring was on my finger.Now, almost three months later, I still find myself staring at it every single day. I love it so much and truly can’t imagine ever loving another piece of jewellery more. The way it catches the light and the intricacy of the design are just incredible.A special shoutout to Beth, who not only designed this amazing ring but made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Communication was always clear and timely, and we felt well looked after every time we came into the shop. I had some very specific criteria, and every single one was met and exceeded.Thank you, HK, for making my dream engagement ring a reality.

Approached Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery with regard to my wedding engagement and eternity ring being redesigned. Met lovely Alice and we discussed what type of designs I liked. She then draw a design which was perfect. Alice kept me informed via email on the progress of the ring. The result is a beautiful, unique ring and I have had many compliments. I came into Harriet Kelsall (St Albans) with a vague idea of what I wanted out of a bespoke engagement ring. Bethany was able to help me refine this idea and turn it into a reality. I cannot thank the team at Harriet Kelsall enough, they are truly the best around. From my first design appointment with Georgia, in which she took the time to listen to my ideas before using her extensive knowledge and experience to fine tune them. To the continuous communication and updates throughout the build process, I knew I was dealing with not only a very professional team but more over a team who genuinely valued their clients. The final result? A stunning new signet ring, repurposing my old St Christopher and an initial pendant in honour of my boy that I’ll treasure forever. Both are beyond anything I could have ever hoped for and that’s testament to the standard of Georgia and the Harriet Kelsall team. Thank you all. I will certainly be back again and I recommend anyone looking to have a beautifully unique piece of jewellery made pop by and see them as well.
Excellent service and a fantastic experience overall. We worked with Holly to design an engagement ring and both wedding bands. Holly was fantastic as was the rest of the team going through the whole process of both design and creation. My partner’s friends have all commented that her engagement ring is a real representation of her personality, which I think is a real testament to Holly‘s design and the whole teams dedication to the process. I had a solitaire ring I wished to be made into a broach. Gold melted down and diamond used as a centre piece to my broach. I went to Harriet Kelsall bespoke jewellers. Was introduced to Bethany who helped me, and designed an incredible gold broach. Absolute love it and so pleased with the helpfulness and friendly atmosphere of the shop. Super!
