I ordered a birthday present for my granddaughter from home bargains and the delivery was supposed to be with evri. The present never arrived. Someone is pulling a scam. I will get to the bottom of this and let you know my feelings.
Charged £100 to park. Entered at 11.27, till receipt at 12.18 then went back into store to look for other items and receipt at 13.06. Exit at 13.09. Apparently I overstayed in the car park by 12 minutes. Home Bargains say on their website they can’t help but I suspect they have the ability to cancel this charge should they chose to.
Threw a wet smashed up box torn open and items missing and soaked all ready for xmas. ignored request to solve, told us to go store, didn't consider ive got no way of getting there with a huge box of crap they sold me and stole my money for, what a crap service will be informing fraud team of bank you will refund this order and i wont stop until you do. disgusting attitude of customer service just didn't give an F about how it arrived or how things were missing,
Placed a online shop for some christmas bits. Evri took a picture of the parcel outside my front door as being delivered. When I got home the parcel wasnt there. Contact home bargains, they clearly hadn't read my message because the response was saying my order could have been shipped in two parcels, not that the entire order was missing. Responded to them and they have since ignored me. I've had to raise it with the bank.
Went yo ghere Pontypridd store Waiting over 20 minutes just to get served in the cafe manager on duty dint have a clue what he was doing staff working with him very slow and under trained after finally getting severed had to wait another 15 minutes for food and drinks to arrive both cold went and complained to will have to wait till que dies down to speak to manager
