Hyde Gr Manchester store. I previously purchased 18 rolls Peachy brand toilet paper it was really the best 3 ply from anywhere for ages. So went back for more, sadly none available. The helpful Manager Constantin, told me that it’s coming back in soon. HB were trying it out to see if customers liked it. So reasonably priced too. He really listened to me and cared about my needs whereas many stores don’t really care.
The staff seem to be always talking when working on the till the ear phone they have on they always talking to someone it is most annoying I know this is for there security and properly safe for them But come on not to talk casually to members of staff this happens all the time it's not nice when there is also a que once again this is the same women who serves Melanie every time please this is not good I worked on till many years and we was never allowed to talk to members of staff while working on the till
Home Bargains Canton. Big thank you to the colleague who helped me find what I was looking for. Lovely and really helpful. Experience spoilt by a cashier who spoke to their colleague over their shoulder the whole time they were serving me. No interaction with me the customer stood in front of them at all. Probably the worst customer service I have had when spending money.
Received a parcel from Home bargains with over 75% of the items missing. The delivery box came severely damage and the hole had been covered with a black bin bag. Neither Evri or Home Bargains is taking responsibility for my items missing, not sure what to do as Home Bargains are now not responding to my Emails and neither do they want to replace or refund me. Diabolical customer service, would not bother ordering from them again.
During summer, I bought some harvest straw from your shop,the one with the rabbit on it, for my rabbits bedding, the first day I out the bedding down I my bunnies started having problems like digestive issues and all the problems were pointing to this straw, my rabbits then a few weeks later passed cause of digestive issues of eating this straw, this straw shouldn't be advertised as safe for bunnies. As it is like a piece of plastic, it should be written of from all home bargins altogether honeslty
