Never use them again placed online order on the 27th November it was sent out evri lost it found it delivered it back to home bargains on the 5th now home bargains keep telling me that it has been dispatched on its way the tracking just says evri are expecting it the online chat doesn’t help either £60 gone will try and get chargeback if I can
I sorted through my receipts and noticed that Ive been charged for 32! Blackcurrent Fisherman's friends when I only purchased 2 at your Alfreton store. Ive been overchanged around £25! Ive sent complaints but not heard anything back. It was a big shop so i didn't notice the mistake straight away and as im not local to the store, I can't just pop back in! Customer support need to sort themselves out and deal with complaints instead of ignoring them!
This review is specifically for the Home Bargains in Ballymena. On the positives it is a lovely store with adequate parking. The store is clean and easy enough to find things. The negatives, however, ruin the place. For a start their pet food shelves are rarely fully stocked and when you ask any of the floor staff if they could check their stores in the back of the shop they always try to spoof you off with nonsense just so they dont have to get their lazy backsides into the storeroom to check for you. The staff on the registers are grand and always pleasant. Its the floor staff that need spoken to by their managers. If you dont want to do the job why apply for it?
Homebargains took my money and didnt send my order then claim they have no order in my name . That is fraud as far as im conserned so will no longer shop with them any more. Have asked my bank for a refund so will see if that works.
I ordered from here and was told two parcels were dispatched, one arrived battered and items were broken inside, no apology from Evri, no surprise there, but the other parcel has disappeared and nobody is answering my repeated emails to find out where it is. Very disappointed with Home bargains , won't bother ordering from then again if this their attitude, find my parcel or at least reply to my emails!
