Homes.com is a SCAM!!!

Homes.com is a SCAM!!!! If I could give a zero I would. I signed up at our KW Family Reunion. I was told that I would have all of this exposure and that I would get Matterport for all of my listings. I was sold at Matterport because of the cost involved when ordering through my photographer. PROBLEM is that what they did not tell me is that you could not order the Matterport until you loaded your listing in MLS and it was active. AND you can not use it on MLS. It's only good for their website that NO ONE goes to. I was told by the "sales manager" to my face when I signed up that I could cancel if I felt it was too hard to swing the $1,000 a month charge. So I thought ok, fine, I can do that. I immediately starting complaining once I realized the Matterport. I have been asking to cancel for the 3-4 months now (pretty much right after I signed up!) but I keep getting the run around. It took weeks for a "manager" to contact me who has said that he is looking into it which has taken over a month only to be told his hands are tied. I told him what the manager told me when I signed up and he said he has to get with leadership team that he can't make that decision. WHY AM I EVEN DEALING WITH HIM IF HE CAN'T HELP ME!!!!!! I'm so frustrated!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR CAR SALESMAN CRAP!!!!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM FOR REALTORS

THIS IS A SCAM FOR REALTORS. Don't sign up! It generated 36 leads, 13 of them from the same person and all were dead leads. They stopped showing up for the matter port services. The million views on my listing didn't generate a single offer or showing, which tells me that number they show you is faked. Also I started to get 20-30 spam calls a day and I can't prove it but I blame homes for selling my info or giving it out, or they got hacked for peoples contact info. I was also told I could do a 6 month contract and I at month 7 I have been trying to get out of this. This is the biggest financial waste I have experienced in my career.

I signed upi for their service 2 months…

I signed upi for their service 2 months ago. I have received two leads so far. One was from a local agent who did not reach out about my listing and when I called the other lead the person said that he was an owner of a company and did not inquire about my property. Homes.com has not given me any opportunities to increase my business income. I reached out to them several times to refund the remainder of my subscription but they are unwilling to give a refund. I do not know what service I paying for and the Homes.com representative can not articulate what I am paying for either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY.

I have personal reason that I needed my information removed from their site. I reached out to Google first. Google did their part and pushed it down further in the search. I reached out to homes.com and asked them to please remove my name from my property listing (that they have pulled from the internet, themselves) I was told they do not remove public information from their website, no exceptions. This is not expectable as a single women to have someone google you and your property info comes up on their site with all details. I am going to reach out to my lawyer.. I have never heard of them until I found my info on their website.

Homes.com contacted a person that did not request real estate assistance pretending to be me using my name and phone number. When I contacted their their customer service there was no accountability. MLS boards should not associate with this website.

deceptive advertisement

deceptive advertisement. The sales rep sold me by telling me to make one payment and then I would get six months free to try it out and after that I could continue or choose to stop. They conveniently had a small link underneath the payment tab with terms and conditions and locked me into a contract. I never sign a contract but making that one payment and clicking the agree to terms and conditions locked me in contract.

Lawrence Imundo Review

Regarding broker Lawrence Imundo of Home Site Realtors of Dayton, Ohio, listed in your database, my experience demands telling. Rent for the unit was required in cash, indicating potential for non-disclosure to the IRS. Several plumbing issues during the term of the rental lease were not addressed or corrected. My recommendation is to stay far away from this party.

Annoying Emails

I receive emails multiple times a day. There is no clear way to unsubscribe. I am not even an adult, I have no interest in this website, or buying a house. Never use it unless you want your inbox cluttered for the rest of your life.
