Was thinking of going with this company before realizing that they are just the middleman broker. Only in it to make their own butt, the properties that I have contacted are asking for much less than it’s listed on homes.com. This website is fantastic for those who Are looking to do minimal groundwork and pay maximum out-of-pocket.If I was a Saudi Arabian prince I’d be ecstatic about giving this company my money. However, I’m not. I’m a normal person.
I never signed up for this site. I've been getting at least a dozen calls a day trying to sell me property in an area I haven't lived in for about 15 years. One agent was very friendly when I explained and he sent copies of messages he got referring me to him for a sale. I am not looking to buy property and most certainly not in Daytona Beach. My phone number is from Daytona Beach area, I've had it for almost 20 years or more. This seems like a scam company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, unless you like telemarketer calls. I'm not sure the exact date it started, but being woken up during the day when you work nights sucks.
Commercial states the difference is that you get connected directly to the real estate agent. Unfortunately they also need to get back to you, which many don't. No point there. Also you can directly most agents listing a property, as their contact number is always listed as well. No point there. Overall, a bit overstated.
I will never use your service and I will tell you why.I saw your commercial " Homes.comisthebest" the so called attorney was saying you can't say that.I will not deal with a company that skirts the law. There. Is to much of this kind of thing going on and I for one will not put up with it. I hope others follow my lead. We have too much lying and 1/2 truths being told to us and I am one that will call them out when I see them. Get real ,try to be the best don't just clam it prove it
This company signs you up on promises of them changing and when they don’t you ask to cancel and they don’t allow it. Realtors be cautious when signing up. Homesnap was a better product for agents. The rep claimed that Costar buying homes.com would improve the platform and provide better leads. All leads are junk or scam calls. Not a great experience.
DI NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! NONE!!!!! They will put All and I mean ALL of your business on the web... what you owe on your property and what your interest rate was when you purchased. Even though the information is public information if you go through the deeds office but should not be on here for strangers to see. A perfect disaster for identity theft.
Misleading agents - Katarzyna Wasik, Monika Sipiora, Tetiana Konenko - are turning residential homes into businesses by selling to packaging business owners! HOA's are unaware that commercial packaging businesses are run in the residential homes!! The entire community of condos near Hartung and Rolling Meadows is being turned in business units. It is a hassle for the community and residents living surrounded by packaging business conducting in the homes. DO NOT BUY HOMES HERE! ALL SCAMMERS, ILLEGAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS ARE BEING CONDUCTED WITH THE HELP OF THESE THREE AGENTS!
