Review Time
I have contacted customer service multiple times over several weeks. I cannot get a response, if they do respond it's just some general response that doesn't even address the issues. This is the worst customer service. I would stay away from this company. If you have any problems they won't help.
We have all heard the commercials, "Homes.com is the Best." They are just the opposite! I was looking for some a large piece of land, 100 acres, in Puerto Rico. What their website provided was supposedly listing of 100 acres plus; notice I said supposedly. Someone doesn't know what an acre is! The listings where in fact meters squared. One of the listings for $800,000 for 3,652 Acres; sounds good until you start reading the rest of the ad. the ad clearly states "37-acre lot."If it was just 1 you'd just over look it as a typo, but of the 12 listings only 1 was close to acres but 1500 acres was way more then what I was looking for. Don't waste your time with Homes.com as there disclaimer says it all: "Disclaimer: Certain information contained herein is derived from information provided by parties other than Homes.com. All information provided is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate and should be independently verified." There much are better sites.
Found out home that was not listed through our real estate agent was on their website with personal information on mortgages, interest rates, banks, etc. Customer service said that the information is public record and that we need to connect with the recorders office to redact personal information. Identity thieves will have a field day with this site. Cannot believe that this is allowed packaged on one site. Will be pursuing this with Google and government officials.
The account rep lied just to get the contract. I am not a listing agent and I have NO listings. Hecstated it works for buyer agents too! No it does not, the website is a place to advertise your listings. But he swore I would get ex pi sure by him boosting my profile. He never showed for zoom meeting. did not return phone caljs for a werk. I had to call support for help and was told bu the new rep that old rep was fired. i explained everything and asked for a cancelation on 6/26/25. He agreed that rep lied and that Homes.com was not suitable fir ne since I had no listings. well he never got back to me as of today 7/1/25 and I have called and left two messages with no response. I have alled support twice today and one rep sent me an email which stated my contract would cancel on 6/10/26. They are liars and do not follow through. They lied and I should be able to get a cancellation!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!
Because 0 stars was not an option.Easy to work with, just sign the dotted line and you will never hear from them again! There "retargeting" is the equivalent to taping a business card to a freeway exit sign and saying, "you just had millions of views!" Deceit, broken promises and unapparelled lack of customer support. I am a Realtor and have got several calls from home.com saying I have a lead and they will connect me to talk with them, they connect me with someone who has no idea why I called them, they not interested in any realestate, I actually did not call them home.com used their # to call me, the # is always near my area
