Massive scam be aware don’t trust them

Avoid using the App

Visited two stores and the App does not work (Brighton on 2-/11 - it worked the day before & Gatwick) and on each occasion the app failed to load in order for me to unlock the final visit for a 20% discount which is somewhat frustrating having connected to the in-store wi-fi. Attempted to contact them by WhatsApp as the store assistants in both stores were dismissive and unhelpful, and that form of support is useless.

Defective items and nonexistent customer service.

I bought two pairs of jeans. The shipping was fast and I had my order within a week. The material was nice and the colours were great but both jeans had crooked leg seams - something that any competent quality control team would have caught. That 2/2 items in my order were defective suggests they were deliberately trying to offload their defects on their customers. I initially emailed them November 2, asking for an exchange. I got an automated support ticket emailed back to me but no response from customer service. I emailed again on November 6, again advising them of the defect, attached photos, and requested an exchange, giving them a deadline of November 12 to respond. Again I got an automated support ticket response but no reply from customer service. I found my way back to their site where they have a link to "return label" under their "service" menu in the home page footer. Using this automated tool I selected "defect" as the return reason, stuck "defect" labels that I printed out to the jeans where the defects were with packing tape, and generated a return label. I can only assume the unresponsiveness is meant to discourage returns, but all it really does is discourage purchases. Given their unresponsiveness to customer messages it remains to be seen whether they will refund me for the jeans or if they'll just take them back and conveniently "forget" to do so. If they can't respond to a simple email, I have to assume their accounting department is equally incompetent. All I can say is that I'll be watching my credit card statements closely and keep my finger on the "chargeback" trigger should it become necessary. I don't know how a business that operates in this manner survives. It shouldn't.

Goods were never delivered to me

Goods were never delivered to me. I ordered and paid on the website with CC, The courier already sent me a delivery note, but they canceled the order and pulled my orders back. They refunded my money, but never explained to me what happened. That happened to me once and to my wife twice. I will never order from them again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the issues with my recent order (Order: 73003339). The order was guaranteed for delivery on 9th October 2024, but despite staying home all day in anticipation, the parcel did not arrive. This was particularly frustrating as the gift was intended for my partner's birthday on that day. As a result, I not only missed out on making the special occasion memorable but also lost a day’s income due to staying home for the expected delivery.When the parcel finally arrived *after* the birthday, I was further disappointed to find that the gift wrap I paid extra for was missing. Additionally, I contacted your customer service regarding the delay, but I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment, which has compounded my frustration.This entire experience has significantly shaken my confidence in your company. I had trusted your reputation to provide reliable service, and this incident has been a major letdown. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly, and that appropriate action will be taken to resolve the situation.If no satisfactory resolution is provided, I will be hesitant to use your services again.
