Worst possible customer service.Did order couple of suits. These are fine, i knew what i was ordering. Suits were supposed to come with the dust covers. as clearly stated. On arrival Dust Covers were missing, i notified the customer service that the items are missing, and their response? We can't ship you the dust covers but please do accept 15% voucher. What would id do with the voucher if i have no intention to order from the company? Claiming to provide world class service and fumbling with some dust covers is ridiculous
I bought a backpack from Hugo Boss and it was a huge disappointment. They are way more expensive than the average brand so I expected more for the price. The backpack started falling apart after only 5 uses. After about 30 days of regular use, all 3 zippers are broken and they refuse to stand behind their products. Not worth the money when you can get a much better backpack for $50.
Shocking Customer Service. Bought a Belt for £40.00 from their branch in York in May 2024. Buckle is not fit for purpose. Broke after couple of wears. Leather belt is now useless. I don't have the receipt as paid with cash and I don't usually keep clothing receipts for more than a month. Although I think this one was emailed me by the shop and never received.They don't seem to adhere to the Sales of goods consumer act - Within 6 months: You are entitled to a repair or replacement once. If the item still doesn't work, you should get a full refund. The retailer has one chance to make the repair. I shall not be buying from them again. I have reported this to Watchdog. Have since contacted Hugo Boss again and never replied as told to fo below.
Very poor and unprofessional customer service at Metrotown, Burnaby, Canada branch. The store manager refused to return the un-worn items while the tags were on and there was no proof of the items being used just based on his personal interest. The assist manager was treating us very rudely and even refused to open and check the items.
