Review Time
I received my hugterra on time and it was as described but unfortunately I wanted something that I could wear all day so they offered me fifty percent of refund and I could keep the product which was very reasonable also there response was very prompt
I was starting to get that "dowager's hump" at the back of my neck from looking down at my phone constantly. Been using this for a month and my husband says my posture looks much better and the hump is less visible. It feels like the traction plus the EMS is pushing everything back into place.
Only had the unit for 2 days and my dog chewed the remote. Customer service email was prompt and they offered a free remote for a 5star review. So far I've only used the massager for 2 times, so still too early for me to give a thorough review but so far the customer service is good.
I bought the product and gave it a try. Although it did feel good it wasn’t for my problem. I asked to return it and they said shipping cost would be high and they don’t pay for return. They said they would give me a 50% refund if I left a review.
I ordered and used the product. It wasn't as strong/impactful as we thought it would be, however, it's comfortable enough to use at times. The remote didn't work for which Hugeterra is providing a 50% refund (product can be used manually).
