The product i ordered was great. Un fortunately I can't use it due to chronic pain in my back and possible surgery. The company was very quick to reply to my request to return. I know someone else who can use this.Thank you for being quick and helpful.
I have had positive experiences with this brand in the past. However, I recently bought my son a neck massager for Christmas. It was expensive ($140.00) but worth it, I thought. The massager arrived and does not work. It will not take a charge. I contacted customer support as suggested in their materials, and they told me to send a video, which I did promptly. However, I never received a response from them after that. I contacted them at the same address 3+ times, tried calling them, and tried another address. Nothing. I will be contacting BBB next. Do not spend your money on anything from this company.
I had a great experience returning this product after realizing it wasn’t needed. Customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They worked with me right away and made the refund process quick and easy, with no hassle at all. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind its service. Highly recommend!
The package arrived on time but I had no longer use for it's services. The company offered a 50% refund policy which was promptly reimbursed. If ever I would need this product I may reach out back to the company again. Thank ❤️ you so much!
The product arrived promptly and in good condition, the customer service answered promptly to my questions. While I was not able to use the product, the customer service offer a refund and will give me a 50% partial refund.
After one use EMS stopped working. I replied to my order email. Filled out the ‘contact us’ form. And sent another email separately. If your device works - lucky you. If not, good luck with a replacement. I’ll give them another day to reply. Next step will be trying to recoup using PayPals Buyers Protection.
