Review Time
Purchased a neck massager for my wife for Christmas 2025. It worked for two weeks then mid January began working only five or 10 minutes on a charge. Now it is February 5 and it’s not working at all. Certainly not worth it. I’ve updated my review because Hugterra reached out and have offered to replace the defective unit. Anything can malfunction. We’ll see if we receive a new unit and if it works well.
The customer service from this company is wonderful. I purchased this product in December and used it regularly. Unfortunately for me, it did not provide the relief I had hoped for. More often than not, I was more sore the day after using it. I requested a return on Monday and had a response by Tuesday. I should have read the return policy closer, as it states the return must go to a warehouse in a different country and I would be responsible for the shipping. That would have been close to $50 USD. The company offered me a 50% refund and told me to just keep the product. I thought that was a very fair offer.
Their customer service is very quick to respond! I emailed about returning the product because it wasn't giving me the pain relief I hoped for and they responded within minutes! Since the product has to be returned overseas it wasn't the full refund they advertised but 50%is better than nothing. I should have read the fine print!
