I used iBidder to buy 2 items from Supreme Auctions. The auction was supposed to be customer returns, but what I was delivered as clearly well used second hand items. The one item (lawn mower) was also broken in the make shift box they sent it to me in. The floor of the box was littered with broken parts off the mower. The other cordless lawn mower was also well used, had no battery, and no charger. A useless bit of junk despite the pictures of brand new items. Total misrepresentation!!Supreme refused to accept the unit back and iBidder just shrugged their shoulders saying they are just a bidding platform.Run a mile from both companies - go to eBay where at least eBay get involved in resolving the issues and making happy bidders, happy sellers.Their "Compliance Officer" (Julien Ksentini) was unwilling to get involved. He feels that iBidder has no responsibility to investigate misrepresentation. Go figure!!!Use iBidder at your peril. You will receive NO SUPPORT in the event of misrepresentation by the auction house.
Selling absolute rubbish which is broken and doesn’t have even all parts of the product. Twice bought products which are completely unusable due to both been broken! This kind of products must not be sold for £100 but go straight to garbage! Tried to resolve this with ibidder customer service they advised as long as it is not labelled as NEW there is no guarantee that an item could be in working or usable condition!
Lot number 1 auction for 12th August. I placed my £20.00 bid and was accepted and in the lead (confirmation email) ...Later, got an email telling I had been outbid next bid was £22.00 so I bid £25.00, I was immediately refused and told outbid next bid is £28.00 . If the next bid was £22.00 why was I refused at £25.00, then suddenly increased to £28.00 doesn't make sense unless it is a total con.....
have just received my packages from the ibidder platform in Huddersfield, 2 items out of three isn't to bad. But the thing is both packages are absolutely rubbish, corner lamps in old packaging plus only one light instead of two, plus a wall clock made of wood, the clock doesn't work plus it is covered in damp, a very expensive clock worth nothing (rubbish) the third package a stand up desk worth £240 is somewhere in the country and am still waiting for it, and the thing is how much rubbish this is going to be,,,, I do think i will wait for it so I can take it all to the rubbish tip together. My advise avoid this site like the plague.
Of the various ATG sites, I really like using i-bidder, but the-salesroom and bidspotter are great too. I find the display of extra fees clear and helpful, and have never had bugs or issues. Auctions more consumer-focused than bidspotter, and most auction houses listing on i-bidder offer shipping or at least packaging.
