Extremely dissatisfied with the service

This service has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I fulfilled my contract obligations, yet they continued to charge me. I ended up paying for an additional month in December, even though my contract concluded at the beginning of November. They deactivated the SIM on 7/12/25, but still expect me to pay £50.73 for a non-functional SIM. Communication is only possible through chat, as they lack a phone support option, which means the contract keeps running. None of this was made clear when I signed up, and I've never encountered such issues before. Now, they’ve added another month’s charge for a SIM that doesn’t work, and since I refuse to pay, it has gone to a debt collector. I strongly advise anyone considering a phone contract to avoid this service; their chat representatives are unhelpful and indifferent to customer concerns. Stick with a reputable provider.

Delivery Issues and Poor Support

I placed an order for a phone that has not arrived after 9 days. I've reached out to the customer support team, but they haven't resolved my issue. When I contacted the delivery service, I was told that the company needs to reach out to them to initiate an investigation into the delivery status, but for some reason, they are not taking action. I refuse to pay for a product I haven't received. I've requested to cancel my contract, but they are also not addressing that.

A Frustrating Experience from Start to Finish

There should really be an option for 0 stars. I don’t have enough space to express my full thoughts, but this service has been the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered. For weeks, I've been trying to resolve an issue and now a complaint, but I'm being completely ignored. The communication is non-existent, and the staff seem utterly incompetent, as if they are being paid for it. The mobile app is ineffective, the contact number is pointless, and my next step is to seek legal advice. I strongly advise against engaging with this service; you will regret it.

Communication Issues and Lack of Support

I encountered difficulties when trying to communicate with the bank; the line was unclear. No matter what I do, it's impossible to reach them since there's no contact number available. I really need to switch to another provider, but I've been quite busy lately. The customer service is virtually non-existent, which is extremely disappointing. Despite any responses I might receive regarding this review, they are aware that customer support is lacking. As for your reply, I've checked my emails, including the junk folder, and have not received any communication from you. Please call me after the weekend, as I am currently in the hospital. Switching to a better SIM-only deal was a great decision!

I wanted to move away from my previous supplier and was in search of a SIM-only deal. I came across the service while reading a review in a magazine. After exploring the options, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of plans and their pricing. Based on what I had been paying before, the plan I chose offers the same 'extras' but at less than half the cost. What’s not to love? ❤️

Mixed feelings about the service

I have two sim-only contracts, one in my primary mobile and another in an older device that I use for home wifi. Up until now, I've never encountered any issues. I requested a PAC code for one sim to upgrade to a more expensive contract, but I never used it as I opted to purchase a new phone outright. However, since asking for the PAC, both of my sims have experienced significantly limited or no signal. Quite coincidental, isn't it? My experience began on 09/01/26, and this issue has persisted since December 2025.

Avoid this service at all costs!

This service feels like a scam! I received incorrect information regarding cancellation, which ended up costing me over £70. After filing a complaint over the phone, I never received a follow-up. Despite multiple attempts to confirm the closure of my account, I have not heard anything back. The network is poor, and they seem to intentionally waste your time! I strongly advise against using this service!
