Having been with this company for quite some time, I can confidently say that if you're looking for reliable service at a great price, this is the right choice. I have a SIM-only contract since I prefer not to upgrade my phone, and it works flawlessly for me. I only pay a small amount each month and receive excellent service. I have no intention of switching; they truly are the best.
This has been possibly the worst network experience I have encountered. Consider this a public service announcement 🚨
I'm trying to save others from making the same error. There’s no reliable network.
I can’t receive calls at home.
Outgoing calls are impossible as well.
It feels like a phone that appears busy but does nothing.

Good luck with that.
There’s no proper helpline.
No one to speak to.
Just endless frustration and silence.
Attempting to get support is an accomplishment on its own.
A frustrating, time-consuming test of patience.
If you're thinking about switching to this service,
Don’t.
Avoid it completely.
Not even for a moment.
I plan to find something better and switch within a week.
Because anything else would be an upgrade.

I placed an order for a phone on contract on December 9th. The website indicated it was in stock with free next-day delivery. However, by December 22nd, I had received no updates and had to reach out to the support team multiple times, only to get inconsistent information each time. The site still claims the phone is available, but the support team informed me that it's on back order. This is not a promising beginning to a two-year contract.
I terminated my contract due to inadequate service in my area, which is understandable, but it’s worth trying! After doing so, I needed to return my device. I complied with the request, but then received an email claiming I hadn't returned the same phone and accused me of attempting to steal it. Thankfully, I had documented the packaging and postage, which helped resolve the issue after a few stressful days. Additionally, the company over-refunded me when the contract concluded (£18). I was unaware of this and received no notification. I only found out when letters from a debt collection agency arrived. I made the payment promptly. I later discovered a missed payment recorded on my credit file, which is stressful when trying to buy a house. I reached out to the company to ask why they hadn’t requested payment or informed me about the over-refund before escalating to collections. On October 2nd, I spoke with a representative who apologized and assured me that the missed payment would be removed within 30 days. Now, on December 18th, it is still there. When I contacted customer service again, I was told it was not their concern! Be cautious of the slightly cheaper offers—they may not be worth it. I now have a missed payment on my credit file and faced accusations of theft, making for a very unpleasant experience!
Fantastic! Living in rural areas can be tough when it comes to getting a signal, especially during bad weather. Now, with three SIMs in our phones, we no longer stress about making calls or receiving important passcodes. Everything comes through without a hitch. I have two unlimited SIMs (with unlimited data, calls, and texts), and my partner has a new phone with 6GB data and unlimited calls and texts, which is perfect for his needs. At just £6 a month, it’s a great deal. We are truly grateful; this service has transformed our communication!
I attempted to reach out multiple times but was unable to connect via the chatbot or any other means. I couldn't access WiFi, make calls, or send texts, and no one could get in touch with me. Now I'm being pursued for a service that was not adequate.
I contacted the service a few days ago, and they promised to reach out within 48 hours, but they haven't. The customer service is quite lacking, almost non-existent. On a positive note, I did receive a response from the support team, thank you for that. I will provide further updates if they manage to resolve my issue.
Changing tariffs on the app is incredibly challenging. You find yourself switching between the app and messages repeatedly, only for the app to reset to the start. This means you have to re-enter your information multiple times, going back and forth again. I wasted 2 hours attempting to change a straightforward tariff from £12.50 to £7 for additional data. Is this how it's meant to work?
