I just received the computer I ordered from your store and I was shocked by the condition it arrived in. The device was completely dirty, with stains on the screen and body. Even worse, the charger and power cable appeared to be stained with what looked like blood – a revolting and unacceptable sight, especially for a product that is supposed to be new or at least decently refurbished. I will share this experience across all review platforms and social media: no one should receive a product in this state.This is not just a sign of poor professionalism, but a blatant lack of respect for the customer. Receiving an item in such condition is not only disappointing, but downright disgusting. This computer literally made me sick.
