I ordered a surface keyboard and a usb cable. The cable was just to make the order over 100euros. I then got all the confirmation and after that got surface keyboard cancelled not available. Ok sad but I can live with that. Then a week later I got sent the cable. All by itself. Pretty obvious why I ordered the cable. Update: Thanks for the reply and I understand how it happened.
4K player delivered. No remote controller. Main structure of machine is badly twisted and rocks on the table. Box was not damaged. So your team sent out an expensive faulty machine with no remote. Incompetence is an understatement. I buy a lot from you, as do my family. This is not acceptable
