Review Time
If I could put a -5* I would. Do not buy this product it’s awful and not fit for purpose at all. The time on my watch was constantly incorrect until the app was opened so they could sync ( this is a daily issue) When speaking to what the company has claimed to be customer service was awful. I explained the issues I was having with the watch and asked for the address to send back to be told the item is ‘ flawless’ and no address to send back. Awful fraud company. Just scammers. Wish I had done research on the company before spending my money here. DONT BUY FROM THEM.
This has to be a Disney watch for it is not fit for purpose. The face changes as and when it pleases the app that meant to go with it is terrible. I am a marathon runner and a fitness watch is essential. I wish I had paid the extra now for Samsung or Garmin. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCTand from all the other comments not much point in sending it back.
Do not order anything from here. They don't want me to return the product and won't give me the address to do so. It's probably because it's not from the UK but from China. They keep trying to stall. They want photos and a video of the product's defect. I haven't even opened it! I just want to send it back; how hard can that be! I canceled the purchase the day after, and they hadn't even shipped it yet. After one week, they write that they have now shipped it and that it can no longer be canceled. I wrote to them the day after I placed the order. Scam! Always read the reviews beforehand!
I waited a considerable time for my watch delivery. I'm disappointed to say I should've saved my money. I replaced my Fitbit with this smart watch which doesn't count my steps and my sleep count is 9 hours plus which is completely off the mark. It was really easy to set up, but as it isn't accurate I'm not logging walks or activities. The watch logged a week's heart rate average & I'd only been wearing it for 4 days. Disappointed and wish I'd read more reviews & saved my money.
The product does not register heartrate and steps as it should, heart rate 55bpm, it was showing 105bpm. Walked 8Km and it registered 2000 steps. The customer service is diabolical, no respect for the customers or UK consumer rights.DO NOT deal with this company
Sadly it simply doesn't work. The Bluetooth connection constantly fails, it doesn't work when it is connected, the step counter massively overcounts.....generally it is pointless and just an expensive digital watch with a poor battery life. I wont bother trying to get a refund, it's too much hassle. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.
The watch has not worked properly at all and now has completely died. Struggling to get any decent response to my many complaints just suggestions on what to do. It won't stay paired and even when paired doesn't notify my of messages or ring with calls.
They use lies to sell their product.The add I saw was a string of lies and the device is mediocre at best.Battery life isnt even 2 days, they say it is much longer.The "button" on the side that you can "choose" what function to assign to it doesn't even work.The "Change face" feature keeps activating for no reason and the face changes by itself.The charging cable/connector is totally pathetic and keeps slipping off breaking the charge.I'm not sending it back because frankly I have had enough sh** going in my life and really don't need the hastle after reading some peoples reviews.If you have any sense at all DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.If you do happen to buy this you are an IDIOT.When is something going to be done about these fraudsters companies??TRhis review has been posted about three weeks after buying the item to see how it performed.
