DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE CHARLATONS .I ordered my watch waited 3 weeks and it finally arrived set it all up in the hope it could capture all my irregular heartbeats for report to consultant, but no, it over counts everything Now in email battle to get Money and all they keep saying is please send video- how can you show an in video when it doesn't do it ????? I'll just do a charge back at bank They have sent various emails telling me not to back chargeback and only offered 50% refund.They keep changinging refund policy from original email also - non of which is on website !!!!!!
Truly ZERO starsI purchased a watch directly from ionoswatch.co.uk and tried to cancel the order within minutes after seeing the poor reviews here. I contacted them immediately, but they went ahead and shipped the item anyway.The product was dispatched from a UK warehouse, yet they insisted I return it to China—something not mentioned anywhere on their website. Their so-called “90-day return” policy is vague and misleading. When I looked into returning the item, I discovered the cost would be over £40, which is completely unreasonable and clearly designed to discourage returns.They even offered a partial refund if I kept the item, which tells me they know the product isn’t up to standard. I kept it unopened in its original packaging while trying to resolve the issue, but in the end I had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider which IONOS disputed! Luckily Mastercard could see they were in the wrong and pursued the claim to get my money back.Avoid this company—they’re misleading, unhelpful, and their return policy is not what it appears to be.
Where to start? I ordered then cancelled straightaway when I realised a) it was from China and b) I only needed a tracker not a watch, only to be told it had already been dispatched and couldn't be cancelled. When it arrived, I did not open it but contacted so-called customer services to arrange a return. That is when the real fiasco began-I was asked to keep it and told their products are 'really good' etc, and FINALLY after countless exchanges of email, given an address in China to send it back even though I had cancelled within 30 minutes of the order being placed! I duly sent it back, it was collected on 21st July, and delivered on to the address 6th August-and I am STILL 26th August waiting for my refund! Excuse after excuse!! and no word of apology!! Disgraceful behaviour by this company! Had I found and read reviews beforehand, I would NEVER have bought it! They say buyer beware!! Absolutely true!!
Like- price,clear screen,longish battery lifeDon't like- battery cable is flimsy and you need to be sure it is charging- it doesn't allow eftpos payment facility on watch unlike some others ( e.g fitbit)- have to set up alarms on phone then bluetooth it to watch rather than doing it directly on watch. No stop watch facility

Avoid if in the UK!!I ordered a smartwatch on the 09 June 2025 and to this day its never arrived.For the UK they use the parcel delivery company Evri. According to their website they accepted and collected the parcel on the 12 June, on the 16 June they said they where processing the parcel at one of their hubs, on the 17 June it was apparently at their local depot, and then jump to the 23 June and Evri say its on its way back to the sender. (there was never an attempted delivery)The Evri website uses a chatbot as their complaints procedure and have sent me the same email two days on the bounce, stating its still due out for delivery.Technically not Ionoswatch fault, but have paid over £130 to receive no watch, and will now have to wait for a refund.I have emailed Ionoswatch to say that I just want my money back now, and will use the section 75 credit card protection to make sure I do.**Update**The watch was never received and Evri advised it was lost.ionoswatch will not give a full refund which contravenes UK legislation. You are entitled to a full refund if you dont get what you ordered (ionoswatch say their terms and conditions will only offer a refund less 20%)Luckily I paid for this on a credit card so will be approaching them for a full refund under their chargeback facility or will make a claim under the credit act 1974I would urge you to think very carefully before ordering from them**Final Update**I have my money back via the credit card company using s75 of the Consumer Credit Act.Ionoswatch have tried very hard to say that they can only replace the watch or can only give a refund less 15% - dont take no for an answer, use all your consumer rights available to you. One to totally avoid!!
Ordered a pink watch with rose gold face, black watch arrived after near 3 weeks wait. Difficult to return. Watch itself is awkward to charge and the bluetooth doesn't stay connected to phone. Expensive for the quality, dont waste your time with this.
I ignored the reviews and I wish I hadn't. * The Heart rate was always incorrect as was the blood pressure. * The clock style would change for no reason. * The charger connection was flimsy, didn't always connect securely. * Step count was always incorrect, it over estimated. * Battery would be charged during the evening but by the morning it was already down to 23%.* Notifications were not appearing on the watch. I don't use this smart watch now because it is too unreliable. A waste of money.
