I am ashamed to admit I didn’t check here first before ordering which I would always normally do for a company I’d never used before. I ordered and then looked here afterwards. I sent them an email within an hour asking to cancel, they responded 2 hours later saying it had already been dispatched. This was nonsense as when I checked the delivery tracking when they eventually sent it, I could see it was 2 days later when they dispatched it. They use Royal Mail when it reaches the U.K., so if you keep checking the tracking on Royal Mail’s website(it’s the same number as on the Chinese tracking), once it arrives in their network you can request that it’s held for collection at your local delivery office. You can then go down once it’s ready and tell them to return it to sender. This is what I did as it’s going to be much easier than trying to engage with them and send it back through their returns service. I fully expect pushback when I request a refund but American Express are great for chargebacks for this sort of thing, so I’m confident I’ll get my money back one way or the other.If these morons actually had a brain they would price the watch at £99 to prevent you from doing a chargeback,
I ordered this watch and it took over a week to arrive and then the watch strap snapped within two days of wearing. The battery seems to lose life very fast. It dropped from 100% to 76% over night and the screen keeps going dim(far to dim to try change the settings and only stays this dim for around 5 minutes) I raised my concerns with the company who offered me a new strap. When I explained to them about consumer rights as it was faulty they offered me a 15% refund but refuse to accept it's faulty and will not pay return postage and it goes back to china so it's very expensive to return as costumes duty ECT. The staff are unhelpful and quite rude. They just send the same message multiple times. They don't actually reply to what you are saying. They don't accept responsibility for a faulty product which they should be doing. I do not recommend this company. There products are cheap, don't last and there customer experience is awful.
Con merchants, £120 down the pan. Bluetooth wont connect to phone no matter what I do s22 ultra. No android updates for watch, no maps, very few things you can control in settings. No WiFi. Can't have screen on all the time, tilt to wake which doesn't work half the time.
Scam company based in China. My order never arrived and no hope of getting a refund. I did manage to get my money back making a chargeback claim through my bank. 1 Star is too many.DO NOT BUY.Update...1 month later still no refund for item that never arrived. Emails saying I will have 15% deducted for cancelling my order (which I didn't do) when it arrives back with them. But item is still lost in transit somewhere. I seriously doubt it was actually sent.
Don't waste your money. Bought this to track step and exercise like you do with most smart watches. It is absolutely rubbish. Step count is way out the calories tracked out, the app is rubbish. Bluetooth connect keeps on s dropping out. Want to return but no address even when I've emailed for one. They keep fobbing me off with tech support that doesn't work. 30 days return is just not true. Waste of £109 a £30 watch from Amazon would track better.
DONT BUY THIS WATCH. I personally wouldn't give it a 1 star, but that was my only choice. One the first day of setting up the Smartwatch for my 80 year old dad The watch seems to flicker on and off. Even when resting. It also constantly vibrates.The touch display doesn’t work when selecting certain buttons. It seems to jump from page to page.The app doesn’t recognise the device the majority of the time therefore can’t connect to the phone.I contacted their customer service within their 30 day refund period and they refused to refund me. Suggested they would only give me a 5% refund. Absolutely disgusting. Have taken it up with my credit card company to see if they can do anything about getting me a refund.
I bought the watch reassured by the advertised returns policy.I presumed like all my previous smart watches it would have GPS.It does not They would not accept a return. Then said keep but allowed a 5% discount this went up to 10. They have given an address in China with loads of stipulations, I have explained legally they can't do this.
