My advice would be DO NOT buy anything from them. Like others, I purchased a watch, when it came it wasn't suitable for my needs. When I said I wanted to return it they tried to bully me into keeping it with discounts and telling me it's expensive to return, I may not get a full discount etc. I returned it anyway and two months later, after almost daily emails, I still haven't received my refund. I'm not expecting to ever receive it but will continue to bombard them with emails. I have emailed UKICC and GB@MOFCOM for advice. So I would advise don't buy anything from them unless you are happy to lose your money if you don't want it. I ordered a watch & cancelled the order 20 minutes later (having read the reviews!), 4 hours before the order was even confirmed. I specifically said that it was not humanly possible to get an order sent out in 20 minutes & that I would be claiming a chargeback from the company under the circumstances. They make out they are in the UK by the email address, but there is no company registered by the name IONO at Companies House. I believe they are possibly based in Hong Kong. I have asked for their address. If anyone has it maybe they could put it on a review here? Not nice people to deal with.
Would give them a 0 if I could absolutely shocking company they sell faulty items does not connect to your phone they are based in China, customer service is awful to get hold of. I'm currently in the process of the small claims court and hopefully they will get closed down.
Please do not buy from this company!If you want refund they will never give it to you. Company based in China and address of company does not match where they asking you to send goods back.Not sure why they allowed to trade as its all scam.Anyways looking of way to report apparently is hard aa they based in China.
Didn't even open the watch as I fixed the issue with my Samsung watch. Ionoswatch are based in China and it is almost impossible to get a return address. They said I had to pay the return postage and customs (??). It's my own fault for not reading all the reviews first. I bought based on a review on a website of smart watches.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shocking customer service, I cancelled my order within an hour of ordering but the company still sent it and made it extremely difficult to return. After several weeks of pointless emails, I spoke to my bank who refunded my money. This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK as they ignore all the rules of the Consumer Rights Act.
Ordered my watch 14 May 2025, tried to cancel watch two hours later, they said it shipped, even although their own system showed it hadn’t been picked up even the next day. They have refused to refund, as off 6th July 2025 the order still has not been received - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A DISGRACE.
The watch strap mount on the actual watch simply broke away. This after only 3 months of wear. They offered me a new strap - I repeated there was nothing wrong with the strap it was the watch case. They said they didn’t cover damage to the watch - I repeated it hadn’t been damaged, so they offered me 10% refund.Avoid at all costs
