Terrible faulty product, bad connectivity. Their t&c’s say you can have a refund if you have any problems and then when you tell them you have a problem and the product is faulty they won’t accept it and basically fob you off and offer you 10% back for a product that doesn’t even work. Only when I tried to chargeback on my credit card they then offered 50% back and then finally gave me the address to send it back to China which is totally pointless as you’ll probably never get a refund if you send it back. Total scam, avoid at all costs. Wish I had just got a fit bit
I was bought this watch as a birthday gift. I have always had fitbit fitness trackers. Not good at all. Keep having to pair to phone, not tracking steps accurately. When I sit for 20 minutes it records as I'm having naps. Really not good. Waste of money. I've bought a new fitbit.
I bought an ionos watch I read reviews changed my mind asked for refund refused said had been shipped id only ordered 5 minutes previously thought id had a scam as nil communicate After so many weeks item arrived I’ve not opened as I’ve asked for a refund but this scam company won’t answer emails AVOID AVOID do not use this company just plain scammers
Ionoswatch.co.uk purport to be UK based, with a 12 month warranty.Their whole setup is designed to flood the market with poor quality goods and make it near impossible to get a refund.They dispatch from a UK based warehouse, for quick delivery, but no confirmation email or order number provided. This makes it easy for them to hide behind "no order number" when there's a problem.They are very much China based and the staff have pure contempt for Western consumers.My watch battery did not perform as was advertised. Even with much of the automatic settings turned off."Lucy" from their "customer service dept" initially evaded my enquiry about returning the watch, then on the second email told me to simply "plug it it if the battery runs out".In the third email, she told me the watch has nothing wrong with it, explained their return process was expensive, as it had to be returned to China and not the UK based warehouse they were keen to publicise, so I would be charged import duties etcetc. A very different attitude from the one trying to sell it in the first place.She even offered me a 5% refund and suggested I gift the faulty watch to a friend or family!Now, because they are actually based in China they know they can flout UK and European consumer protection laws, so are simply flooding the market and making returns so difficult that most people will give up.The only saving grace is that I bought this watch using my credit card, so will be making a Section 75 chargeback claim against them to get me money back.And the positive reviews are clearly suspect!Please avoid them and go with a reputable manufacturer. If you must buy one of these, make sure you use a credit card, for greater consumer protection
Do not buy from this website. I bought a watch thinking it was fine. The watch doesn't connect to the app (fitness pro) that is on the instructions. When I contacted lucy in customer services, she advised me that they use a different app called infowear that didnt even connect to the watch! I then went back to Lucy showing her a screen recording of the watch not working with the app she told me to use and she told me that the app is wrong and I had to use the original app. I asked for a refund on every email but it wasn't even acknowledged by lucy but they offered me 15% refund on a £138 watch in order to avoid a return. It was disgusting! And then, after I pushed and pushed for a return, lucy told me their full return policy. Aside from the advertised "you must pay for the international postage and customs fee, you may not even get your full refund and the you will lose the watch." Yes i have the email. I wish I read the reviews. Its a complete con.
This sports watch would not pair with the phone through the recommended app. I followed the instructions religiously and followed the troubleshooting instructions religiously attempted all the steps in the process multiple times in excess of 20 times. I emailed the company for their support they told me to go through the same steps that I’d already done, which I did again And still it would not pair. I got to the end of my tether with it it was driving me mad so I wrote to them asking for return instructions and a refund and now after INXS of 20 emails they are not cooperating, they keep telling me to do a video of the problem. I have told them that that will just show Nothing happening and there’s no point it is another delaying tactic to stop me sending it back. They have offered me a 5% refund followed by a 10% refund followed by a 15% refund to shut up and go away. They are saying it has to be sent back to China And the postage will have to and customs taxes will have to be paid by me and they may not even give me a refund when it arrives with them. I am infuriated by this company before I ordered this watch. I checked reviews, I did not check this trust pilot site unfortunately, And I checked their website that I ordered it from which gave a UK head office address. They are telling me to send it back to China so they have masquerade as having a UK branch when it seems they do not. Do not buy anything from this company you will regret it. I am still trying to get the £115 back. Unfortunately, they have delayed so long that the credit card company say that all they can do is make representations. I am so upset about this. I cannot tell you.
Failed to deliver and refused refund!!!!I bought this two weeks before my husbands birthday and it did not turn up in time. I emailed the company twice a few days after ordering and no reply. Several days later I cancelled the order as I would not get it in time. However, they shipped the watch anyway. When I complained they said to refuse the shipment, which I did. But they now refuse to refund me unless I accept a 15% chargeback. I have raised this with the credit card. I now get unpleasant customer service emails...
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I so wish I'd read this reviews this. I tried to cancel this order within minutes and they advised me this wasn't possible. The item arrived and trying to send it back is proving impossible. Please save your money and shop elsewhere
Ordered 2 then read the reviews so tried to cancel. Said it had already shipped. Came within a week so again contacted said I wanted to return. Took me over a week to get a returns address during which time they kept offering me partial refunds to keep. Eventually decided to keep due to cost of returning and they offered to refund some of cost, yes they work however both continually change the watch face whenever it feels like it. Half the features don't work or when they want to! Definitely wouldn't recommend and would stay well clear of the product and company!!!
