AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had a terrible experience and have not received a refund. The delivery was delayed significantly, and I later found out that despite the UK domain, the company operates from China—very misleading. They delayed my return by not providing an address and even tried to make me responsible for customs fees, which is unacceptable. Their “90-day trial” is misleading as well; using the watch can void your refund. It’s been three months since they received my return, and I still haven’t seen my money back. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
Horrible company. Do not engage with them. I tried to cancel my order only to find out it was dispatched from China, not the UK. Their customer service lacks understanding of UK consumer rights. They offered me a small discount, so I will be contacting my credit card provider for the rest.
I was bought this as an anniversary present. It has been very tempermental since the beginning (apparantly I sleep for nearly 20 hours a day, my step count is on average 4000/5000 steps a day less than the step counter on the iphone) 2 weeks ago it stopped working altogether. My wife is trying to deal with customer services but it is a waste of time. I would avoid at all costs
Dreadful experience.Update:It became increasingly clear that even if I sent the watch back to China as requested, withpostage, insurance and customs fees, that they were unlikely to give me a refund. I contacted the bank who were brilliant (thanks Halifax) who said, reply to them that this item is not as advertised, and it is available for collection from (my address). It is not my responsibility to post it. Wait 15 days and on day 16, contact the bank disputes team again and they will sort it out.Received the watch and little of its functionality works. The 30 day return is a fiction. They repeatedly send trouble shooting information which appears to be a delaying tactic. After that they say that their product is fine, and if you want to return it, it will be expensive due to postage, insurance and custom fees. They then offer a 5% refund to keep it, followed by a 10% refund. I am currently reclaiming this through a chargeback dispute through the bank.Would recommend avoiding this company and product, as it appears my experience is not unusual
They refused to take on board the watch wasn't tracking properly and kept losing connection. I requested refund and they kept sending me ways to try and fix it. Sending QR code for me to scan but I can't if it's on my phone. I asked why they couldn't just tell me if I can get a refund or not. They said after another few emails that it's my phone and it's too expensive to send back. Offered 5% refund but I had to agree the watch is of good quality. I refused as I can't accept it as the watch isn't working for me. 20 emails later 2 weeks from 1st reported issue. Even CEX and other exchange shops won't buy these watches .
